I took my mom here on a little "mother daughter date" and it was so sad. We looked for the staff to come over for such a long time that we ended up getting only 1 round of food. The whole experience was unfortunate, especially when it's an all you can eat restaurant. We were only served 1 round and forgotten but the price was still almost $100.

Delicious Korean BBQ, good service. It's just a little dark inside, unfortunate trend lately in restaurants.

I did believe the atmosphere was really good. A wasn't really that satisfied with the service itself because it seems like they forgot a lot of our drinks and we didn't get service at the table for about 30-40 minutes. The food was okay. I might possibly go back but unsure.Parking: They have plenty of parking except during the weekends when they get packed, but it is not difficult to wait a few seconds or a minute or so to wait for somebody to pull out of a parking spaceKid-friendliness: This place seems to be a very family friendly environment and for all ages in general

Food was excellent but the music was so loud, even after we asked to have it turned down, we were barely able to talk to each other.Staff was very helpful and attentive but they sat us at a table where only two people were able to reach the grill so we had to cook the food for the others in our group which didn't leave us much time to enjoy our own food or the banchan. As good as the food was I doubt we'll go back.

I came here as a party of four. Services pretty bad with the food was really good. Definitely try to cook your food all the way through or you will have to runs. As in running home very quickly to the toilet. The service was definitely pretty bad here. We got our drinks refilled once we asked them twice to refill them a second time and they never came. Some point I accidentally shut off the grill so we asked them to come light it and they said they would. Took them 15 minutes to come and light it again. By that time we kind of already we're getting ready to leave because they were taking forever. If you come here on us Saturday night like you did get ready for long wait times and bad service. If I came here from lunch one time it wasn't bad at all

This is by far the best Korean bbq I've had. The pork belly, the beef belly, the bulgogi. All sure fire winners. You can't beat the cost of the unlimited food.

Overall I enjoyed my experience at Taegukgi. It felt like there was a disconnect between the staff, I had about 4 different servers asking me at various times if I wanted more food or if I wanted the hot plate changed, it seemed slightly overbearing that I was answering four different people and that that there wasn't a single person that was aware of the specific situation. The food was incredibly delicious. The Spicy Pork Bulgogi is one of my personal favorites. In comparison to other KBBQ places it was up there in price with a smaller selection of meat and Appetizers but the quality of the meat was very good.If I was down in Tucson I would definitely try this place again.Wheelchair accessibility: It has a long ramp for wheelchairs

food is alwayyyyyysss so yummy. the waiters/waitresses come around fairly often to make sure you're still doing good. the smell of KBBQ and sizzling of meats makes the ambiance top notch

Excellent quality all you can eat meats/ seafood/ poultry and assortment of veggies and sides for a decent price. One of my favorite sides is the steamed egg which I highly recommend you try. It's a cook the meat yourself experience but it's a fun experience doing so as you have several sides to nibble on while waiting. There is a decent bar with choices of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Service is quick once you order. It does get smoky from the cooking pans and so do expect your clothes to have a smoky odor after you are done. It does get busy and waits can be long so make a reservation if you can. Ample parking.
