I enjoy going to the cheesecake factory. This location is super friendly and clean. They do get extremely busy, but you know their food and service is good if it's busy. Their brown bread is so good fresh! We always get their pasta, burgers, and/or chicken, as well as the ghirardelli cheesecake. This last time we tired the parmesan chicken pizza thing. That was unbelievably good. It doesn't sound good, but oh it is. We also tried the Cinnabon cheesecake, and i will be getting that again. But still, my favorite will forever be the ghirardelli. It is so decadent and a great chocolate fix.Staff is 10/10, and really took care of us.

We have had both Marina & Marissa (the short one as she referred to herself as ?) & had a fantastic experience. All the staff we’ve encountered have been great, the food is timely & great quality for the price. I love all locations, especially this one!!! I love to support local, but I do appreciate this chain!

Grilled Chicken and Avocado Club was delicious. Service , not sure what happened never got our water refilled - staffing issues!? Took awhile to get our check as well. Otherwise main food was delicious. Bread on table was extremely hard! Butter could have been less frozen- didn't spread!

Pretty spendy but it's kind of worth it. The food was pretty good, very fresh. HUGE selection. It was kind of busy but the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Service was solid. Large selection of cheesecakes, but not a lot of dietary restriction friendly options (gluten, dairy, sugar free) which was disappointing. Went with a $50 gift card and still ended up spending $70 out of our own pocket, so very not budget friendly. Overall a good time but only if you can afford it.

Waiter mixed up items on the bill,one of the patrons in our group didn't get his food.However Management gave him a discount and 2 slices of cheesecake. We were a group of 23.
