Had the Irish Fries. Great tasting. More than enough - could easily share with three people and everyone would be satisfied.Service staff were great, friendly and helpful.

My 2nd fave hidden gem. I love the fact that this is a true outdoor only establishment. It's the perfect spot to soak up some AZ sun on a winter weekend. I've sampled most of the menu, and the plastic covered cardboard needs salt. Seriously, it's all yummy and a great beer and wine selection to boot. Brings the kiddies, they can explore to their hearts content and not bother anyone.

Friendly and attentive staff. Great beer selection and the open backyard feel was very enjoyable.

This place was a colossal waste of time. Came here with 3 kids, as a family of 5. Was not busy, lots of empty tables. After an hour of waiting we found out they forgot to put our order in. In that time, nobody checked on us, refilled water, etc. didn’t even get the beers comped. Do not come here.

Ehhhh, it's a neat spot but I've been to many Beer Garden / Biergartens before and this just didn't hit right. The service is okay, but nickle and dimed - want a heater on a cold day? Gotta rent it for $$. And all this for only bottle service and some food items? That's pretty disappointing. The food was hit or miss - the Ruben was great, the fries were over-fried to brown husks, and the Quinoa salad was a freezer flavored half-frozen thing that tasted outright GROSS.You'll get MUCH better service, a warm spot, and better food from Bear Canyon Pizza. The beer gardens is, at best, an outside, overpriced live music bar.Vegetarian options: Veggie alternates galore but I can't speak to any. The Quinoa salad was terrible though.Parking: Off duty cops will block off handicapped spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Not if the off duty cops show up.

This place is very unique. It is a bar(huge selection) but all the seating is outside in a garden area. They get live music 3 times a week. They have the best fries I have ever had. They called them scoop fries and just wow. We had them with two dishes 3 dip (basket full of fries with a choice of 3 dips) and irish nachos (never had nachos like this and it was delicious). We were lucky and they just finished taking out some lightly seasoned pulled pork(no picture because it was devour too quickly) and it was delicious. They have a desert style dish which was fried apples with a dipping sauce. Like fresh apple pie with a crunch. Our server,Mindy, was very talkative and made you feel like you belonged there but just haven't visited in a long while. It was a very nice feeling.

We had great food and fun! All 9 of us were in Tucson to celebrate Thanksgiving. The live music was wonderful!

We came one evening to hear Liz & Pete perform. The layout is a bit strange for performers / listeners. Tables outside of the bar area are scattered among shrubs and connected by a long pathway. So, if you don't have a table near the musicians, you may not be able to see them, though you can hear them throughout the garden. By the time we arrived, the only tables available were close to the entrance and bar. So, we sat at the end of one so we could peek down the pathway. Our server was quick to provide menus and very friendly. We got the chardonnay and fried apples, which were both nice. As there were no heaters out and the night cold, we paid after eating and didn't stay for the full set. We'll try this again, but arrive earlier for a better seat.

This gem is tucked into the Northeast corner of Bear Canyon Shopping Center - at the corner of Tanque Verde and Catalina Highway. My date and I went here on a Friday night. The band playing this night was Baja Caravan (who were excellent btw). When you walk into this venue (which is entirely outdoors), the nicely lit bar is to your left (the bar is covered). There is a smattering of tables by the bar. These would be mostly for drinking patrons. If you are here to drink AND eat (and catch the live music), you will probably want to head right (or left if you happen to park on the opposite side and enter from that direction) where more spacious sit down tables are.We were seated at a small table on the side. The chairs (those metal almost wrought iron-types) had comfortable cushions - both welcomed and necessary, as it was a chilly November night and metal chairs would be cold on our bottoms.Bear Canyon Pizza, I believe, is owned by the same owners, so if you order pizza it will come from there (just next to The Gardens, you could literally walk over there if you wanted to eat there instead). Anyway, the Gardens menu looked like they had some eclectic choices, and prices for entrees looked to be under $15, so reasonable. My date had a slice of pepperoni, but I wasn't feeling pizza and ended up not eating there. The music was outstanding, the perfect volume that you could hear everything clearly, but not overpowering so you couldn't hear each other talk. The only issue I had here was most of the tables are on unpaved dirt. It was a challenge (at first) getting used to not bumping the table and spilling something. Because of a sliggtly uneven surface, tables can be a bit wobbly. You get used to it, but just be careful you don't bump yours and get a drink in your lap!Highly recommend The Gardens. It's a beautiful place for families (the have cornhole and other games), and a great intimate place to bring a date. Oh, and dancing is encouraged - it helps the band get into the groove better!Parking: It's a big shopping center, so plenty of free parking here.Kid-friendliness: They have the yard games, and I even saw a cart with board games on it.

Cut back the bushes on west side where tables are so we can see the band playing as well. Sound & food were really good!

Always a great team working, quality food and tasty drinks. We are so lucky to have this place in the neighborhood.

Walk in and take a journey, the blue pill or the red pill.... Red pill you sit behind the bar and watch sports... or the red pill you sit in a cozy spot dispersed in their garden setting. Either way you get served and listen to music. Food was good, a lot more options of drinks than food. We tried the nachos and fries. Both I really liked. The sauces with the fries I didn't care for as much but old faithful ranch and ketchup works too! The service was good too Would definitely return!

Ended up coming here two hours before they were closing, but had already closed their kitchen. So I grabbed garlic knots from Bear Canyon pizza, and was allowed to eat them at the Gardens. Ordered some local beers, board games were sitting around different tables, and they had live music from a female performer. After the closed the bar, they didn’t force us out, they let us chill there while all the workers relaxed at tables as well. Good vibes. I went around late spring so it wasn’t hot, but not too cold to be outside.

We have had great food every time we have come here except for today. My chicken sandwich was cold and no sauce. I was told there is a new cook so I reordered a pulled pork instead because I was told it wouldn’t take so long. I waiting 30 min. When I got the BBQ pulled pork it had NO BBQ sauce. It was burnt and dry! What!!! I give a five for the drink and the music. I was shocked by the food because it has always been so good! I will return once more and hope the food is as amazing as before. Maybe it was just a bad night. I do want this to succeed because the atmosphere is so nice especially as the weather cools down.
