If i could give 0 stars for customer service, i would. The woman at the register was so rude and absolutely no help at all. Plus she had such an ugly attitude like she hates her job or life. I will probly Never go back

New review: the events they host here are cute and the drinks are still very good, but this just hasn't been the first place to come to mind when I want to get boba anymore. I don't know what exactly pushed it out from that top spot but it's just kinda fallen off I guess.Old review: I go here often enough it gets its own section in my budget and I'm not even mad about it. The person who took my order wasn’t very friendly. The fries were overly salty and the mirror in the bathroom had glassy film. It is not my intention to discourage ppl from going to this cafe. The drinks are good, but what kind of patron would I be if I didn’t give an honest review. I hope the cafe can improve and I hope to return soon.

A rather fantastic place to go and grab something to drink. Wonderful atmosphere, cafe setting and they offer a discount if you eat at the neighboring location and bring a receipt. If you're in the mood for tea, boba or something a little sweeter, it won't be a waste of time or money to visit this

Very clean and friendly. The guy working Alva was amazing, he had a bit of a line but still made sure to smile and make our larger order with ease.

The way they serve meats and sides is really different than other places, I love that you can order meats and sides as much as you like. You grill everything at your own table and they bring you a clean grill when you need it. Drinks are decent and go with the food. I was more wrapped up in the experience that I forgot to take pictures. Try this place it's definitely worth it.

After a quick lunch, we decided to use our discounted ticket for some boba. I got the Vietnamese coffee with grass jelly. They allowed me to opt for less sugar at 50% which was just right. Although, I'll admit there was a bit too much ice. My husband's strawberry matcha was good too but I probably would try something else next time. Service was good. Drinks came out fast.

The reason I put three out of five is because when I first started coming here a year ago they were top quality and they were amazing my but recently they have switched up the cups which made me feel like they are cheaping out a bit and the boba has appeared to be smaller, which kind of disappointed me, but besides that the people are nice and the drinks are amazing
