I worked here on some upgrades and the staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and funny. The rooms look good and comfortable the beds are nice. The cafeteria looks like its food is amazing and many different options for vegans, vegetarian, and carnivores. Great place for students to live and go to school at.
My rating is 4.5 but I'll round up!Overall a very nice place to be, with very friendly staff! Value is also pretty decent (if you don't mind walking), it costs less or v close to the Level 3 dorms and you get a neat, modern building.Pros:- Dining hall on main level is super convenient (good food, too).- Beautiful and massive courtyard with lots of seating and game areas.- Numerous community lounges where you can hang out, watch TV, plug in a console, do work, etc!- Study spaces...read full review

One of UofAs newest buildings, built in 2019, is used for housing and teaching those enrolled in the honors college. Beautifully modern architecture creates a unique atmosphere for living and learning. Faculty offices onsite gives a sense of community. Loved the various spaces to congregate with comfortable seating to relax.
