Respectfully Viva Burrito.. what is this?? U guys rushed me out of the drive through after taking forever to get on intercom and had me at window for a while.Couldn’t even finish asking for salsa before being interrupted w/“we don’t have any”. my burrito wasn’t even wrapped when tossed in the bag and I mean where are my torta toppings ??

The chile relleno burrito was the smallest burrito I have ever had at a shop, it was bland and the enchilada sauce inside was such a small amount I couldn't even taste it.

I stopped by late at night, and the gentleman who answered the drive thru told me their fryers were down and they couldn’t make half of the items on the menu. We ended up settling because nothing else close by was open.

Super Papas, beef tacos, chicken taco(warning some heat on the chicken) and breakfast burrito(potatoes, beans, egg, cheese) are all delicious.Only gripe is we asked for the guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and sour cream on the side for the super papa's because we are getting it to go. The forgot to give it to us then when we went back and they filled small containers(maybe two table spoons of each in their container).
This place is ridiculous, this was my food on November 15 2023 & I called today and they said i have to bring THIS DISGUSTING FOOD BACK ! To get my refund .

Dammm..was going this morning but I read the reviews first. Nope not going and I will pass on. No Management! There's people working there that don't want to work! All these 1 star reviews and obviously nothing is getting corrected. Probably family members working.

If I could give zero stars and five thumbs down I would there service sucks line wait is long food presentation disgusting employees and owner don't wash their hands and they also do not honor their receipt policy not worth going to this location only if you want to be mistreated and receive nasty food! Other viva locations service is soo much well worth it!

The worst experience I have ever had at any established venue.I ordered two breakfast burritosA large order of frys and a side of potatoes that's it.( I eat at Viva at least 6 times a week at different locations)Normally, the wait, and anticipation builds while you wait to savor every bite while the burrito cools. The wait is well worth it. It's what has you coming back for more time and time again especially at the Craycroft and 22 location.I will never again go to the Irvington location.The burritos were cold and crustyI paid twice the price for half as much frys and they were cold and soggy clumped together overallThe meal was unedible when tryingTo speak to the person they were extremely rude and disrespectful.It is safe to say I will never again waste time money or patience at this location

Omg they were fast and nice. I got the carniasada fries. And they are so much better than filabertos. Try it it was so good my husband had the carnitas burrito and its packed with meat so good.
