Food is great especially with this one cook. He is a white guy with long black hair. He always cooks how I ask and the waiter does tell him, I know because they call the orders to the cook in front of you. It's part of the waffle house experience. This one waitress was trash tho. She forgot my waffle didn't give me butter with it and never checked on me. I still tipped tho because I'm nice.

Service dropping as new help undertrained and remaining servers sloppy. Sunday ordered eggs medium-got over runny. Ordered sausage-got baconEtc. this decline seems steady.Week before had a new server who was overwhelmed, didn’t know menu etc.
My husband and I were visiting Tucson, and happened to discover this Waffle House near our hotel. I hadn't been to a Waffle House in almost ten years. This one lived up to the WH reputation of being extremely yummy! Both my husband and my food came out piping hot, and the service was great. If someone from this location sees this review, shout out to misty for being so friendly and helpful! I'll likely be back in Tucson again later in the year, and definitely plan to come to this Waffle House again! Yum!
