Apparently I can't review any of the Watermills on google.. and they all have exclusively 5 star reviews. The water isn't the only thing that smells fishy to me.Tried to get ice at the machine on 12th and Valencia and the card reader didn't work. Luckily I had some change, which it promptly stole and wouldn't return. After overpaying just to get the machine to work, turns out there weren't any bags for the ice anyway. Absolutely pathetic business. I will avoid Watermill machines even if it means driving across town to get water and ice somewhere else. Thankfully, there's another ice provider right across the street, so it really couldn't be easier to avoid this particular one.

This particular Watermill Express is exceptional. It is cleaned everyday. There isn't any graffiti and everything is in perfect working order at all times. There is ample parking and the fill up process is fast so even if there are patrons before you the wait time is minimal. All signage is large lettered dark print on light background making all signage easy to read. The directions are simple and easy to follow. The dispenser moves up and down accommodating most any size water receptacle you may have. One gallon is 25¢ and five gallons is $1.25. no discount for buying more. I remember most of the water competition in Tucson is five gallons for $1.00 or at least it was at one time. If your in the area and need water I do highly recommend the w. Ajo way location in the Westgate shopping center between McDonald's and Title Max.
