If you want your order taken correctly by friendly and courteous staff,then DO NOT COME HERE. We left after we corrected the order, as we were told "You didn't say that's what you wanted" Nor did he ask.Having worked in such environments before,I know it's common practice to have the order repeated at the conclusion of ordering. It was not. We were told we will have the total at the window. After hearing they were preparing the wrong food,we left. This store needs retraining in customer service.Needless to say the next location on Orange Grove did a million times better and have such a friendly crew!

Just went through drive through sunday march 3rd 2024. Ordered 3 meals 3 frosties. All 3 meals were messed up missing sandwiches. Order requests incorrect no BBQ or straws or Spoons in bag. Not busy at all. I even asked for extra Spoons and was assured they were there 36 bucks to be missing food is a fing joke. This place

The only reason I'm leaving one star is because I can't do less or negative stars. So I went in today trying to use app for a free sandwich with a meal being purchased, they scan the QR code generated from app for in store use and say I can't use it in store. The child working the register even got his "manager" "Nicole" to consult on what to do. She said you can't use it in store but gives QR code for them to scan in store. It's pretty sad when a "manager" doesn't even know how to run the app, let alone manage a store and dealing with upset customers. Instead of solving the problem and overriding whatever the issue was she just said can't do it thanks. I would refrain from eating here as if they are not capable of running their own app so you really think they fallow instructions on how to prepare food safely?

Went to Wendy's last night. My son got food poisoning from the chicken strip meal! My son threw up all night! So sad, I am positive they gave him old chicken strips, instead of making more. Hope they get more training about how harmful old food can be. Please be careful eating here, I would not wish for anyone else to become sick!
