This Wendy's is terrible, I ordered 3 meals, not six or more, THREE, and they still got it wrong. I asked for a burger with no tomatoes, and they put two, genius. Missing part of one meal, burger was real dry, I don't blame the kids working here, it's the quality of training they received from management and probably no oversight, great job Wendy's management on Cortaro, direct reflection of your management skills.

Joke of a place to eat. You place your mobile order, it won't be ready when you arrive and will still take 5-10 mins to be made and processed, even if you placed the order 10-15 mins ago. No matter how you place your mobile order they assume it's to go, then when you question it they give you attitude. Ridiculous.

I had a breakfast burrito combo. The burrito was just ok, there was something off about the eggs. The potatoes were hot and tasty. The staff were very friendly.

This place has to take the cake for trash!! To start, i didn't get my change back even though only .30 cents okay, ask for to go brought for dinning in okay, couldn't get the order right, and the fries were hard as a rock and old af.

It’s always drive-through when I come here. My food hasn’t been bad. My experience here has been a relatively good one. The drive-through window attendant, whoever it is, always seems nice.

This Wendy's is hit and miss on the customer service side. If Helen is there, the service is great. If not, good luck. When we finally got our food, it was incorrect. Took too long to get. Just removed what we didn't want.

Food was mediocre, can't expect it to be amazing because it's Wendy's. However the urinal in the men's restroom that was about to overflow could have been attended to and the bathroom all together was pretty filthy.

Ordered a Dave's double meat burger without the ketchup because I don't care for ketchup on my burger. Well, my burger had ketchup, I had already left, but the burger was great and fresh. Although, I felt as if the burger was too small. I would consider their burger to the same size as the Whataburger JR burger. Because I requested no ketchup and it had ketchup is why I took a star away. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and professional.

I placed an order to go at the counter. I looked in the bag to see if it was correct and left. Didn't even get 7 miles down the highway and was out of Soda. The lady insisted on filling it up behind the counter and when I pulled off the lid noticed it was jam packed with ice and had no room for soda.

Cold, soggy fries. The burger I got through the drive through was hard as a rock. The meat had to have been cooked many hours earlier. Absolutely disgusting. One star is too many. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

We went through the drive through 2/4. I have a few in my family who really like the Baconator burgers. As we drove up, there were 4 cars ahead of us. We sat in front of the totally silent order kiosk for over 5 minutes, as all the people before us went through the line, got their food, paid and left. There ended up being 4 cars waiting behind us as we sat there trying to get someone to take our order. After we drove up to the window the young woman who took the money was rude. She then walked away and another young lady, very kind, took over and gave us our change and our food. I will say that the food we ordered was Exactly correct, for the first time ever. I do appreciate that, as do the people I ordered for. Please understand, I do get it, that people have bad days, but don't put those people on drive through or on front cash register. It sets a Very Bad mood for all of the customers.

Once again with basic service to get everything you ordered. Checked the receipt yup missing a item. I understand working and keeping things rolling while cleaning or whatever but a job is a job. Focus to details is what makes people come back. The bread tasted stale. Below average hamburger then what you expect from Wendy's. Bread tasted like it was old and stiff.
