If you want the experience that Wendy’s company wants to provide to its customers this location IS NOT IT. I do not usually give reviews but this location needs some serious attention. Let me give you my reasons for this negative review.UNPROFESSIONAL TIME MANAGEMENT : I went to make a mobile order 10 min ahead of the time to pick up the food excited to get hot food on a speedy basis and it still took them an additional 10 min when I got to the location. Furthermore an additional 10 minutes of my time was wasted when they mixed up my order with another one and they forgot to give me items for which I had to drive back to the restaurant.COLD AND OLD FOOD: I was not too bothered by the 20 min time that the restaurant took to prepare my food as long as it was fresh, hot, and delicious but I regretfully bit into my hamburger to taste a cold patty that had seemed like it had been sitting out for quite sometime. The same unappealing taste could be said for my fries but to add insult to injury they filled my large fries halfway so I basically paid for a large fry and got a medium. I got nuggets and 4 out of 6 were good and fresh the other 2 seemed like they had been sitting out for days and tasted stale and foul. The only food that tasted good was the orange frosty that I got. Wendy’s motto is taste the difference… yeah I taste the difference alright, I’ll take my business to McDonald’s if the food quality is like that at every Wendy’s location, yuck ?.I was severely dissatisfied with this location. I will never go to this location or recommend this location to anyone, in fact I will go out of my way to not recommend this location because my experience was that awful for the amount of money and time I spent. McDonald’s locations seems to have higher standards.

There’s a guy working the drive-through late at night, I didn’t catch his name, but he’s wearing braces so hopefully that’s enough of a distinction to recognize him. His enthusiasm and energy was unparalleled.I have to admit doing my job, delivery driving I wish I could have that level of enthusiasm. Doing his job, though, I could never have that level of enthusiasm. I despised working fast food.I plan on returning tomorrow to let them know how much I appreciated that energy. It’s very rare to see someone that enthusiastic, let alone that positive doing such a thankless job.Thanks for making my night better, and I look forward to seeing you again, even though I don’t really eat fast food very often.

Food was great, staff were nice. Only issue I had was that a chicken sandwich I got was undercooked in the center. Went up and told the guy at the cash register and he handled it very professionally and even gave me a free cookie. super chill and nice dude. Will be coming back as I haven't had any issues before and they handled things well when I did.

It's aight. Honestly the workers seem kinda dumb here. I wish they had let me know they didn't have the ghost pepper sauce for my sandwich before putting regular mayonnaise on it. But it was still really good because Wendy's is great. The problem is these workers at this location are under par. The cashier however, he was very nice!

Worst Wendy's! Workers just stared at us. Nobody took out order for 15 minutes. Ended up leaving cause 1 order took them 20 minutes. Not fast food.

I used to work at this Wendy’s so I know how it works. The quality of the service provided here has slowly deteriorated, especially since Store manager Monica has left. I received a bacon double stack with only one patty and no bacon, cold fries, no sauce for my kids meals, no onions in my chilli and the wrong sauce for my biggie bag. It’s to the point it’s getting ridiculous how bad the service is. Again I’ve worked at this exact location I can not for the life of me understand how they could mess up my order this terribly besides just genuinely not caring. The workers make the store and this store is TERRIBLE. Do better.
