I understood that people have long frustrating days but to spend money somewhere and to have someone be rude to you each and every time is very unfair and unprofessional. Who ever the old blonde lady is has been the reason why I will no longer be coming back here. Here customer service is very poor and needs work.

Went there to eat on Friday waited in line for about 10 minutes, only 1 person working counter so I left...Just sad, and now I'm hearing that they want to charge more at peak times....Never going back to a Wendy'
I live right down the street from this Wendy's. This Wendy's has always been absolutely atrocious where service is concerned. Every single individual behind the counter is rude and unwelcoming. It's as though they've had zero customer service training. Y'all are lucky that I'm giving you five for the amazing food! Start believing greeting people when they come in the door. Especially when they say hi or howdy to you! It's your darn job! Smile you soulless Rudy poo!
