Originally ordered the double stack for lunch, 12:05pm, custom, initially received the Jr bcb, so I did take it back. They replaced it with the order I actually ordered, but when I opened it, it looked like someone took a bite out of the top bun? Or maybe pinched off a moldy piece? But the price difference is like $2, so I wasn't gonna settle for a jr bcb, when I paid for the double stack, but this is a low blow. I feel they did it on purpose because I came back and I only came back because they messed the order up. Will not be returning to this location!

Walked in and waited at front counter for over 5 min with 4 people behind me while 3 or more employees walked by with out saying a word and the seen the line cook blow her nose and continue to make food so I decided to leave would not recommend this Wendy's to no one

I go to Wendy’s on my way home from work and I order two grilled chicken wraps, a number 11 meal which is a nacho chicken sandwich, a Cobb salad and one double stack biggie bag. I got one chicken wrap, a Cobb salad and a baconator meal. I go back and they charge me for the second chicken wrap because apparently I didn’t pay for it. So I pay for it and ask for my nacho chicken sandwich, I get home and the chicken sandwich is a burger instead of a chicken sandwich. If the girl taking my order wasn’t so busy fitting with all her co workers and taking my order maybe I would have one gotten the right food and two got a receipt. This Wendy’s needs help and they need to do better. I would give it no stars

Restaurant was filthy. Bathrooms disgusting. I had to repeat myself 3 times on everything I ordered and they still didn't get it right. It was a take out order so of course it was to my huge disappointment when I got home that I paid what I paid for 2 baconators that were supposed to be on pretzel buns, weren't and the tiniest most pathetic looking baconators fries I have ever seen. Next time I will drive out of my way to go to the Wendy's on La Cholla and Magee. At least they know how to make the baconator fries. I won't be going back to the location on Oracle and Wetmore.

VERY Disappointed that for some reason your lobby is closed, which made the drive thru backed up 10+ cars. Decided to go to Panada express for a nicer lunch experience.
Wendy's is arguably the best fast food chain out there and THIS particular store is awesome! I visit at different times of the day and night and the only times I ever wait for my order is when they decide what they have is not fresh enough and they cook things anew. I totally appreciate when this happens as it shows they value serving good food, not just making a sale.

I love Wendy's!!! This location for whatever reason always serves cold fries. Wattery chili, and flat Coke. The last three visits have been worse than terrible. Carl's Jr is a block away and always on point. Don't waste your money at this location.
