Did the drive-through for a fish sandwich. It was good for a fast food fish sandwich.

Ordered online @ 1:15 for 2 Whataburger's, the ETA was appr, 1:28 - 1:31. Arrive at 1:35, there was a line with a couple of people. Finally at the register, my order was not ready. They had to put down fries... Left 1:57 pm.This place must be old, no consideration for online orders.

Spent $60 getting four meals doordash because I had a long day and did not want to come out. And there was a burger missing. Maybe not a big deal to some people but when you're exhausted and spent this money so you did not have to leave and to have the convenience of having it..... The bags are sealed upon delivery so obviously it's not doordash's fault. When I called the restaurant the only thing she said she could do is put my name down when I can come in later to get the missing food.... I asked to speak to the manager she informed me she was the manager she also informed me that she was the one that packed the food. As a manager in the fast food industry myself for many years that's unacceptable. It's not just the situation it's the complete lack of trying to make it right. Doesn't matter what a burger ain't the same outside of Texas anyways if you know you know

I don't visit this location often, but when I do, it never fails. Even on a busy day, I don't have to wait for long. Food is always fresh and hot, and drinks are cold. Even with two lanes, they do a great job here.

Arrived here for an early dinner. The establishment appears to be clean and well maintained. We ordered crispy onion rings to accompany one of our meals. When the food arrived, both orders had French fries. A review of the receipt indicated the error occurred with the cashier. When we attempted to discuss this with the young man who delivered the food to the table, advising of the discrepancy, he said "oh", and naturally never appeared again. After several minetes passed, it became painfully obvious that without further intervention, we kinda guessed that the replacement onion rings weren't coming. His mishandling of the incident is simply beyond embarrassing.I fully understand that errors do occur, but the brain dead waste of space that delivered our food was beyond lame in the mishandling of this misstep. How errors are handled outweighs the error itself. We were then forced to address the matter with the cashier who immediately recognized the problem, immediately rectified the problem and promptly apologized for the problem. The two employees are in stark contrast to problem solving skills. While l have zero appreciation for the young man who was obviously taxed well beyond his abilities just to deliver food to the table, the prompt and professional addressing of the matter by the cashier was highly appreciated. While the young man struggled to give us lame lip service, the cashier lady exhibited true customer service.I truly didn't feel very valued by the staff based on the mishandling of the onion rings. It's highly unacceptable to mistreat paying patrons in this matter. It's truly embarrassing. This establishment exhibits room for vast improvement, this is no longer an establishment that l would recommend visiting.Parking: Ample abundant on-site parking available, unfortunately it would appear that most of it is taken up by the staff.Oddly, the parking lot was almost full, yet the dining room was practically vacant.Wheelchair accessibility: Building, tables and restroom appear to be ADA compliant.

I don't eat at fast food like I used to. I have made a lot of changes in my life in the last couple of months, diet being one of those things. But as far as fast food breakfast goes, Whataburger is high on my list. Now I know, other places mostly make stuff to order. But at Whataburger, everything is scratch made - the eggs, all the toppings that go on you taquito or biscuits or breakfast sando are prepared after you order it. That makes for a much fresher, and honestly more wholesome eating experience. In particular, I usually go to the sausage egg and cheese biscuit with coffee and hash browns. Their biscuits are really good and fluffy. I have also had the breakfast on a bun, and the taquitos. All are very good.If you're a breakfast guy or gal, and need something on the run, it's hard to beat Whataburger. Good stuff!Vegetarian options: Well, it's a burger place mostly, so...Dietary restrictions: I mean, if calories you counting, Whataburger may not be your best option.Parking: I've really never had issues parking at a Whataburger, now that I think about it.Kid-friendliness: Kids love fast food. Hard to imagine them not liking Whataburger.Wheelchair accessibility: Usually these places are pretty roomy, with clearly labeled wheelchair seating.
