I absolutely love WHATABURGER the burgers are big juicy and full of flavor. The service is somewhat sketchy from time to time but the food makes it well worth it. I went these store multiple times and have the rude customer service. This store needs to be watched for sure. I read more reviews the same . Managers and servers have no respect. Bring the big man. Thanks for not taking care of me with a meal I was craving. Won’t be back until next month or so. Disrespectful people or locations do not deserve to be blessed with money of any kind. Walked in was greeted rudely and walked out becuase it’s every time. Corporate Needs to get involved with this location.

I ordered a sandwich and the lady charged me for a meal, I didn't realize until I picked up my food that I had a combo. I asked them to refund my order in which the manager did. I did not take the food because I just got a text saying I overdraft my account. Even though she offered to give me the meal for free I was so disappointed that I paid thirty five dollars for a combo I just left. This location is a mess during lunchtime.

I went about maybe a couple of weeks ago and ordered a Patty melt, and I asked for extra onions and a plastic fork. Because I wanted to cut my pattymelt, and I asked for slices of jalapeños. I didn't get that.They forgot the plastic fork, and they didn't give me my slices of jalapeños and I didn't want to go back because I was already heading home.And I don't live that close!
