I had an awful experience at this location with a worker who took my order and I did the wingstop survey about it. Jojo the General manager called me a couple days later and apologized for her employees actions and she offered me a free meal. She was amazing and she fixed the problem! I recently visited the Wing Stop location near my house, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The staff I interacted with lacked friendliness and even walked away during our transaction, creating a less-than-welcoming atmosphere.Despite placing an online order and anticipating a prompt service, I found myself waiting around 10 minutes upon arrival.
