For those giving bad reviews on wait times, just know this location gets swamped with orders and this is an extremely busy location and Wingstop serves some of the better wings around. This location has always given me accurate orders, customer service has always been great and the food has always been amazing. The staff here doesn't get the credit they deserve.

God forbid you do an online order. You won't get it for awhile. 8/10 times it will not be ready anywhere near your pickup time. And then they treat you dumb when you ask about it. Save yourself the heartache and just order at the counter.

Food was ok. A bit pricy, almost at a restaurant level. No trash can (you have to take the trash to the counter), only one bathroom per gender, so my child had to wait for over 5 minutes to use it, and it wasn't that busy. No mirror in the bathroom, which after eating wings one should be able to know if there is sauce on the face. Parkin space are small, so bug trucks will be hard to find good spaces

Order online on March 22,2024 at 2:06pm. Estimate time was 16-20 mins. Got there at 20 mins. When I first walked it they were busy with customers ordering so I went to the pick up counter. A guy came up to the counter after me and she spoke to him immediately, ignoring me in the process. After she was done she finally acknowledged me. Told her my mobile order, first and last name. She walked in the kitchen and said it's not quite done. 15 mins later a gentleman came in to put in his order. Then she actually told him how much longer it will take giving him great customer service. She then pulled his order from the mobile order shelf sliding a bag to the side. After another 15 mins I asked again how much longer it will take. She walks to the mobile order shelf instead of the kitchen. My order was sitting on that shelf the entire time! They were taking bags off that shelf the entire 20 mins while I was there and ignored mine. She didn't even bother to apologize. Both ladies who was taking orders just gave a deadpan look anytime I question my order. Since they want to antagonize and use micro aggression, I'll try different location, erasing this one off my list.

Please do not order Doordash from this store. They make drivers wait up to an hour for food and do not communicate about long waits.
Horrible food and service. I waited over an hour in a half for 10 wings. My food was 30 minutes late. They were under cooked even tho I asked for well done. There was no flavor on the wings. Hardly anything on them. It’s like they were so careless or stingy to provide more flavor. I ordered hawain and there was practically nothing on them. I will never be ordering from wingstop ever again.
