WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Girl on drive thru sounds like she hates her job. I asked her if she was tired of working there and in return got a whopper with moldy bread. It's no surprise you have a terrible rating. Hire better people, get rid of the washed out ones. Also, get your s*** together on the bread you serve paying customers.

Literally the worst Carl's Jr... No, worst overall fast food location I've ever been to. It always takes roughly 15 minutes to get your food, no matter what you order. I've received moldy buns, wrong orders, and rude customer service. Major shame its the nearest Carl's by miles, so I'm not left with many options.

I always get the number 1 combo without meat and it's really good. There are plenty of veggie options so I really like that. You can do the Beyond burger (which I don't really care for) or sub out a meat patty for avocado, but I just stick with the sandwich w/o meat. The restaurant is always clean and the service is fast. There always seems to be something out. The napkins or the ketchup or something...When brought to their attention it's filled up real quick so that's good. The staff does seem kind of like they'd rather be somewhere else but I'm not going to hold that against them because they are very nice.

I'm sure their corporate recepies have gone through lots of taste tests to see what Americans like, which is mostly sweet and salty fast food, and that's just what they serve. Their only saving grace is that most of the selections start with fresh veggis.

We ate here on 2/2/19 by going thru the drive thru and Ali was terrific. From the time we pulled in to order our food to the time we pulled out, Ali made our experience a thousand times better than our last time here. The food was "so so", but our socks were knocked off by the quick wait times and professionalism we received. Please continue to keep up the great work Ali by making all of your customers feel appreciated like you made us feel!

I don't expect a lot from the fast food joints but always felt they've been above average. However the last 2 trips they've tried to rip me off for almost half my order. So not only were they slow as hell, the employees were obviously hating life. Was offered nothing but "my bad" for sending me off with my partial order and then get home and the jalapeí±o poppers were over cooked so I basically just had the shell of them.

This was my first visit to any Carl's Jr. and I must say that I was extremely pleased. When big burger chains like Carl's Jr. decide to roll out the Beyond Burger at all of their locations, they will open themselves to an entirely new customer base. The vegan world is abuzz about the Beyond Burger at Carl's and I was eager to get out there and try one. I've had the Beyond burger at home and in a few other places, but Carl's preparation of the burger was among the best I've tried. I was served quickly, the dining room was clean, and my other meal accompaniments--french fries, and an iced tea--were perfect. The dining room on this first Monday of the new year was brimming with working men on their lunch hour, and everyone's food seemed to be served efficiently. I would definitely visit this location again.

Yay for Carls Jr. offering the BEYOND BURGER, just be sure to order it without cheese and mayonnaise. The bun is vegan, their sauce (a ketchup and relish mix) is vegan. And add some mustard to that! My advice is to skip the fries here and go get them from In and Out or Eeegees where the fryer isn't shared with animal products! I have made Beyond Burgers at home and it doesn't compare, the smoky, char grilled flavor that is imparted at Carl's was top notch! Now I'm not a fast food fanatic, so I will not be eating them all that regularly, but I'm so happy to know there is a new quick option available! Del Taco in California locations offer the Beyond crumbles for their customers. I'm hoping more fast food chain establishments get on board because the future is vegan!
Absolutely amazing pizza. The closest to NY pizza we have found in Tucson! You will not be disappointed.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Whoever rang us up looked like she wanted to punch me for being there, so unhappy! My burger was fine, but my daughters tasted simply ROTTEN. this is the second time a place in town has had absolutely disgusting meat. We will not be eating fast food in this town anymore. Theres too many amazing mom and pop places!

The young lady who waited on us was very patient and kind. It was a Sunday night and the place wasn't busy. The food (Famous Star combo and a chicken burrito) was fresh and tasty. Complaints: The air conditioning wasn't working and someone must have used a sour mop shortly before we arrived. We had to eat in a stuffy and smelly dining room.

I went there with my great grandparents and the workers were very polite and helpful to both me and my great grandparents. Delicious food also. The workers even waited to bring me my food because my great grandparents and I were praying. Very respectful of them. Definitely would recommend.

I didn't get around to eating. The appalling state of the restroom was only outdone by the 18 yr old chugging an olde English, 40 oz, in the middle of the lobby. Would return, will bring 40 oz.
