We went to the Vail AZ location for the bogo blizzard promotion. Our first trip the app wouldn't work so we had to pay full price of $36 for 4 blizzards. Which is crazy. We went a second time for just two blizzards. And once again the app wouldnt work. The manager was trying but she couldn't understand why either. We even tried going through the email they sent me for the promo. We once again had to pay full price . The manager said there's nothing you can do. But I've never heard of a manager who couldn't override and give one free like we should have gotten both times. And customer service was even worse. We messaged very nicely twice saying we shouldn't be penalized for the app not working. Your own manager couldn't figure it out. They did absolutely nothing for either visit. We're done with the Vail location and probably all DQ. There are to many other options.

This place stole $10 dollars from us. We gave $20, the cashier gave us change as though we gave a $10. He insisted we gave a $10. After insisting we gave $20 he said he verified. His verification was telling us that we gave him a $10. I think he just wasn’t paying attention and then was totally unaccountable when called out on it. Don’t come here or bring exact change if you do.

We always like going to this Dairy Queen. The do get a little busy some nights, but they do a good job churning out the ice cream.

The young people here are always fast and friendly. We have never been disappointed with the service or the treats and we go here often. You can't beat DQ ice cream.My favorite is a hot fudge sundae with strawberries and pecans. A simple chocolate cone is also delicious.

For a medium cone almost $4 that is ridiculous. When on Sale you can get a gallon at Fry's. Depending which DQ you go to you get something between between a larger small and small medium but charged for for a medium. If you say something they look at you like your cheap and if you want more order a large. Clearly over priced for what you get.
Disappointed that they cannot do anything to their cakes, including writing 'happy birthday' on it. Cake was really good but $40 for an 8 inch round cake is a bit steep, especially since the cake was dome shaped- making the blizzard portion on the top of the cake very small.

So I was on my way to pick up my kids from Acacia elementary school and thought I would get an ice cream cone to eat while waiting for the kids. $3.50 for a medium cone dipped in chocolate. When I was handed the cone, the ice cream stood about 2-2.5 in. above the cone. I didn’t even bother licking the ice cream, it only took 4 bites and it was down to the cone. Should have just gotten the ice coffee from McDonald’s, it would have been more of a treat and would have saved me 2 dollars.

Wish they knew how to make chocolate ice cream, or even how to mix enough chocolate syrup in to make it. Very sad when something so easy seems so difficult.
