Good Mexican food. It's a little pricey, but everything is anymore. Don't expect much once you get your food. You're on your own. A decent salsa bar. Plastic utensils and paper plates. Cold beer and mixed drinks. I wouldn't recommend this place for a hot date, but it's good for a quick lunch and cold one. On a Saturday evening about 5 pm. the street tacos were dry and burned grisly meat . All the condiments were empty besides some dry limes. The soda machines were dirty and empty of syrup and ice. So I got ice, along with an attitude . The soda tasted like dirty dish water flavors in there. All the TV's but one small one was off, while all the games were playing. And it took 45 minutes to get 2 carne asada street tacos and 2 Sonoran dogs. The Sonoran dogs were good, but we didn't get any grilled peppers with them. We drove far out of our way to come here, and won't be back or recommend.

If your craving tacos come to this place, their quesa birria tacos are really good but everything else isn't. I bought their veggie burrito which usually restaurants have beans, rice, avocado, shredded lettuce and Pico in these kinds of burritos, but this burrito had stir fry veggies inside and seasoned like an Asian dishthe flavors clashed together and overall was weird and not enjoyable. Like I said before, go if you want really good tacos but I don't suggest trying anything else

My friend had a taco food truck that was reserved for a housewarming party. The taco food truck never showed up. We called El Giro (Houghton) to see if they could whip together a food package for us for 25 people 35 minutes later we went to go pick up the food, and it was delicious. Outstanding customer service I highly recommend them and the food was fantastic..

The food is absolutely amazing and the customer service is over the top!! These guys showed up big time for me. I had a different company that has been reserved since June, that was a no-show, no call for my housewarming party last night and El Giro was able to pull off food for all of my guest in less than an hour. I highly highly recommend them and their food is Super Duper delicious!!!! Big THANK YOU!!!
Ordered a just a quesadilla. That was $7 on the menu so after 8.7% tax, it should have been $7.61. I was charged $8.11. Also, the quesadilla was basically like eating cheese alone, it was devoid of taste and the tortilla on the outer edges was stale. Not impressed and I don't appreciate being charged a different price than what's shown on the menu.
