We live in Wittmann and came here on the 20th for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We wanted to stay local, but have a night to ourselves away from our children and mini "zoo". I am so glad I picked this place!! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was good, our waitress was hilarious, the portions were large and we left stuffed. We'll definitely be back MANY times. Thank you!!

Not the greatest Mexican food but not bad. There are no good restaurants in the area and in my opinion this is a good choice in Wickenburg.

Salsa was amazing. We thought foe sure the food would prove to be authentic, sadly not. Had to ask for tobacco just to add some much needed flavor/ spice to my carne asada burrito; the meat tasted like it was stewed. Would not recommend.

First off, you are hit in the face with this sign saying Proud to Endorse TRUMP"..like my democratic money was bad or something? I had a chicken Chimichanga, very good but guacamole had unripened Avocado mixed into softer fruit. Taco salads meat had no flavor. I give this restaurant a 1 because of the division this man has caused..they would show some sort of intelligence if they realized that politics and privately owned businesses don't mix. But for now they are just idiots! Will be anxious to see if they still support the bafoon when he is in jail!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Anita's yet. I stop at Anita's every time we work in Wickenburg. It's my favorite Mexican food and salsa. Seriously worth a drive to Wickenburg just to eat at Anita's. Try the green tamales absolutely to die for. And to the owners and staff thanks for always providing a great experience.

We had heard of this place on the radio and finally had a chance to try it. It was a nice atmosphere. We decided on some bean dip as an appetizer. It came out very quickly but it was barely warm. Not sure this was how they made it, but it tasted good, so we decided to take it to go and reheat later. We then ordered the carne asada burrito and the loaded quesadillas. The carne seemed more like ground not chunk and the food was not hot at all... service seemed alright, like you would expect in the fast food industry although this is a sit down restaurant. The food tasted good but definitely not up to my standards. Almost seemed like a turn and burn kind of place, not a sit and enjoy your meal place...

Food is good, but oh, boy, all the MAGA posters and stickers plastered all over the front window, the counter inside the door, etc. In fact you are face to face with huge Trump and Kari Lake signs as soon as you enter. If you want authentic Mexican food without all of the right-wing propaganda, try El Ranchero just about a mile west on U.S. 60.

It is one of the worst dining experience I've ever had. The food and service just terrible. If it wasn't for our bus boy, we did not get his name, we would not have water refills or someone asking how our food was after we were served. We went there for dinner last Friday night after hiking, read the reviews, and a friend I was with also said it was a good place to eat, so we picked Anita's. My friend ordered one fish taco with beans and I did the fish fry with French fries and a side of coleslaw. We also ordered some bean dip to go with our chips. The bean dip turned out to be more like a ranch style bean soup which had shredded cheese on top, we mixed that in with some salsa because it had no flavor. When the waitress came by I told her it was cold, she said said, well if you put those cold vegetables in there eyeing the salsa it's going to make it cold, really? The shredded cheese didn't even melt. So she sent one of the other bus boys over and he took the bowl of bean dip away. In the meantime dinner came, I had 3 pieces of fish about two packets worth of tarter sauce and a tiny bite size serving of coleslaw. Pretty much both dinners had no flavor and then the bean dip came back heated in the microwave in the same bowl same serving plate and the spoon we used to scoop it out. Seriously?Well, we ended up tipping the bus boy who was more attentive than the waitress who spent more time chatting at other tables then actually waiting on tables.Just our two cents worth of our dining experience.Next time we will go with our first choice.
