Truly outstanding! My partner and I are both vegetarians, and I can honestly say I don't think we would find a better meal within a couple hour's drive in any direction. I was just on a little search for a breakfast burrito for the road after a 5 day backpacking/hiking trip through the Grand Canyon and hitting the road back to LA... and I found it at this crazy awesome dome glamping resort that I fully plan to try out at some point. At 7:15 am I still had to wait almost 30 minutes because it was that popular even in the middle of nowhere?! There was absolutely no reason for this place to be this good! Omg, this was one of the best meals I had the entire trip.The steak was cooked perfectly, shrimp tasted super fresh (in the middle of the dessert) and the salmon and salad was light and flavorful. Very fair price, really can’t say enough good things. I’d suggest you go out of your way on the way back from the Grand Canyon to come here.
