My wife and I had enchiladas and tacos with rice and beans. Wonderful flavor with fresh lettuce, pico, and cheese etc. Meals were served at the correct temperature and pleasing to the eye. Nice staff on top of it!

You order your food as you go through a line and are served by staff on the other side of the counter (like a cafe). It's not quite a buffet experience, but it does give you a bit of an interactive feel. The food is good and not expensive. Atmosphere is appropriate but not fancy.

47 minute wait for 2 burritos and a quesadilla I had an online order pickup When I got there the girl at the front told me "it's just going to be a couple minutes" I said no problem and thanked her. I observed a lady complain and say she had been waiting outside foir over 15 minutes on her order. She was very upset. After 5 minutes I re approached the same girl and she said sorry it's going to be 20 MORE minutes. I clarified with her I said "20 MORE?? I did not raise my voice" I said can I ask what the hold up is? It's not a big order and Ive seen half a dozen people come in, order and begin eating their food. She said "I know, sorry" and she walked away and began taking other orders. I waited for 11 more minutes (I had set an alarm on my phone for 10 and already waited 5 + the drive time there) I said hey just want to check on my order is it done? I said have they even started it? she said again "no, sorry" and I asked to speak to her manager. The manager in charge stopped cooking in the back and asked me the order, and yelled at someone about 10 feet away if they could begin working on it. fast forward ANOTHER 20+ minutes I would have cancelled this order if there were an easy way of doing so but it was prepaid by someone else. I said hey did you guys even start my order or did you lose it? I wanna speak to the manager again. She YELLED at me in front of other customers and was very overwhelmed. The issue was that the line cook staff did not want to prepare the order for whatever reason ahead of their walk in customers... The girl whom at first I did not want to blame who I talked to 4 separate times and kept apologizing was NOT the one preparing the food however she didn't even bother to check and MAKE SURE that the cook was preparing it. The manager did NO managing. AT ALL. She was hiding in the back, not addressing customers or engaging her team in the almost 50 minutes I was there. When there was a priority one late ticket she did not make sure it got done... she let it go another 20 minutes and I had to approach again. I've been in the service industry for 7 years and this was the absolute worst I have seen a manager handle her team. She did not apologize, she did not engage her team and she did nothing but hide in the back in clear view of me. Whoever the owner of this store is should seriously reevaluate her and consider replacing her. She did a VERY poor job and I can't help but feel bad for the team and lack of good leadership. They all dropped the ball, but this was on her. Will not dine here or the franchise anymore.

Better than you would expect. The burrito with spicy pork was huge and tasty but overwhelmed by the cheese. The assembly line was messy and the servers were obviously harried. The cashier was wired. The horchata was tasty and a nice find. The prices were good and I could have has three meals from this burrito.

We stopped here for brunch and I had an amazing taco salad and my husband had the enchiladas. They give you a lot of food and don’t spare on anything! This restaurant did not disappoint. I would give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
