Online orders should be ready at the time they are suppose to be ready . This is ridiculous waiting almost half hour past the time it's suppose to be ready . Worse customer service too .

Service was slow & the waitress/greeter was very nice but incredibly stressed out. Our drinks weren't filled enough. They were out of two of the food options we picked but on the plus side when our food arrived it was hot & cooked correctly. Although we still tipped the waitress because it seemed like she had little to no help

We have been sitting here tonight 3/21/21 7pm and have been waiting 30 plus mins and no waitress even came over to take our order. No apologies no explanation. Just left us sitting at table. We won't be going back at all. We got up and left and are now heading to ihop. I will never return to Denny's. This service was unacceptable.

This location by far is the best one ever. The RGM Crystal really turned this place around and brought on a new and wonderful crew. I will never sit at another Denny's because of the culture she has brought to this restaurant. Thank you to her and the crew!

Zero stars. If you intend to eat or get your food hot... DO NOT come here! We were seated fairly quickly, however we waited patiently for 45 minutes before inquiring about our order. The cook told the server, not ours, that he was working on our order, come to find about 10 minutes later that our order had been sitting on the counter waiting. The server, not ours, brought the food to the table and it was COLD!! How in their right mind would they even attempt to serve food that had been sitting for about 20 minutes?! I had seen that order on the counter previously, it had been pushed aside a couple times cause no one knew who's order it was. Our server was no where to be seen. By this point, we had been seated in our booth for an hour. Yes I touch the food on my plate to check the temperature.... it wasn't even warm. Did I want to speak to the manager?! Nope... cause the manager was busy cooking in the kitchen. Meanwhile during this time several others walked out without being served and people waiting in line left also. This Denny's needs to be shut down. Ohhh... AND I forgot to mention... don't even bother ordering the smoothies here. You will NOT get the good tasting Denny's smoothies you're expecting. We got blended ice... one pink and one green, which had no flavor at all. Such a disrespect for the tasty beverage were used to getting. Order water... even the coffee was bitter.

Came here tonight for dinner with my sister, brother in law and our kids, and there was only one waitress attending the whole diner. I thought maybe it would be a rough dinner lol but I was wrong. She was exceptional. Didn’t mess up our order at all, everything from her friendly personality to the details she caught with our meals made her the perfect waitress. Thank you Sarah for making our experience fantastic!
I just picked up a bacon cheese burger and fries for 12.64. I should have checked it before I left Dennys. The cheese burger and fries were cold not even warm. The burger was leaking water like it had been stuck M in hot water to heat it. The cheese was had and reheated.. It was translucent, and hard. NEVER dennys again. I gave it one star because I couldn't give it any less

This place is a joke they have 3 guys working the whole place 2up front and 1 cook. The cook couldn't read a ticket for the life of him we had a party of 3 he messed up every order and the place only had 2 more people in the place so itsnot like he was super busy I heard the cook a few times saying to his coworker that he just can't catch up then when a order was up instead of him hitting the bell he would just yell CARLOS lol never again will I go to this dennys

Over a year ago I quit going to this Denny's after going daily for years. The wait staff became unbearably indifferent to the customers and cleanliness of the store.So today I thought I'd give it another chance. Well, I'm sad to say that it hasn't changed one bit. There were two tables occupied when I arrived. One was preparing to leave while another couple were still waiting for their beverage orders to be taken. I waited a long enough period of time that I finally left. No beverage order taken. Wasted my time but not my money. The community deserves better. If you want excellent food at reasonable prices then take the time to drive to Brother's at the corner of 85thAve and Peoria. I won't waste my money at this Denny's again. BTW only one person on the floor was masked appropriately.
