Friday, March 15th 2024. Unfortunately I used my debit card to pay for my meal, and as a result I was charged for something I didn’t order. My total came out to $23.16 but I was charged twice at $27.16 and $34.73, leaving me with a bill of $61.83. Please be careful when paying with debit cards, you may be scammed and or charged double. I hadn’t noticed this occurred until I got back home.

Rude snotty waitress!A friend took us out for dinner here. The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our waitress, Lauren, was not. She took the order, walked off when we were in the process of ordering the appetizers (we only got to order the 1st before she walked off). We didn't see her again until she brought the check. Other staff brought out the order.I had a Cobb Salad with the vinaigrette dressing instead of the ranch. It arrived with white dressing, not vinaigrette. No one came back to check on the table, so I ate it. When Lauren brought the check, I pointed out that my dressing was not vinaigrette. Her answer " we don't have that. " ( please refer to the menu photo). I pointed out the section of the menu to her. She then stated, "it only comes with ranch" Her bad attitude cast a pall over the evening. Customer Service is definitely not on her to-do list!

Carla thank you for serving, my mother and I and making sure her rewards went through?. I ordered the traditional wings extra crispy my favorite sauces are, spicy garlic, Nashville hot, Hot, and lemon pepper dry rub. I also ordered a side order of potato wedges extra crispy. ? yum! My mother ordered the bacon-smashed Hatch chile burger . The only problem with her burger is that it was served without bacon. I asked for some hot sauce, none can a girl get some tapatio please and thank you!. >> update on the missing bacon from the Hatch burger the manager said the bacon was chopped up and smashed into burger patty.??

I want to give a big shout-out and appreciation to Justin. My husband and I ordered boneless wings, and when the order came out they were traditional wings. I didn't want to say anything because I couldn't remember if I personally had said the word "boneless" to Justin, so I told my husband I would deal with it and eat them. The waitress who brought us the wings must have told Justin because he came right over and said he would get it corrected for me. I felt so bad, but he said it was no problem. That means a lot to me. I know waiters/waitresses deal with so many things during their job; I didn't want to be an incovenience. THANK YOU, JUSTIN. I appreciate you and your hard work!! ?

Ordered Togo online... went to pick up my order as stated when to pick up... 40 minutes later after I was supposed to pick up my food, the kitchen burnt my food not once but twice after the first time! Then I finally get my food almost an hour since I ordered and everything I ordered was cold! Thankfully the manager made it right but the kitchen staff had the audacity to serve all my food cold after they burnt the food twice and made me wait an hour! I understand you get slammed during the dinner rush but ruining food twice, making me wait an additional 40 minutes to "remake it", remaking it twice and then serving all my food cold is unacceptable! Do better kitchen staff!!!

It's nice to see a business taking pride in its employees' customer service skills. It sure does show! Smiles abound from the hostess to the server and everyone in between. Having good service from a happy staff means a lot to us! We'll be back!Parking: There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant! If you're looking for accessible parking within close proximity to the restaurant, that is a little bit more of a challenge.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly we always see little kids in here.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible however the parking for accessibility is not very close.

Today appetizers ! when I got there to the restaurant I saw too many people drinking beer hope that the one's that were drinking beer had a driver back to where they have to go but with little kid's that they don't know how to drive back home ! That's not good ? ? and the food wasn't what I thought it would be because it was very expensive and it only had like 3 chips with little bit of that kind they made I didn't know what was eating at first then I think it was chicken nachos and onions rings! And I try to get some points on the app ! And it's not let me use it!
