The employees were in the restaurant flirting around. Didn't see any real manager on duty. Bought a 9 dollar Chicken sandwich that was missing the Swiss cheese and bacon. They covered the whole chicken in way too much mayonnaise. Called the restaurant and was put on the phone with a regular employee acting like a manager. Never have I had such a gross sandwich from Carl's Jr until I ate at that locatio.

Arrived to this location in search of a good burger, but upon arrival the cashier/manager was rude and treated us with disrespect and gave us a reason not to buy anything from this place, such a shame, worst customer experience ever, i do not recommend coming here, customer service was horrible.

Having lived here in Yuma for many years & every single time I've gone to this Carl's Jr at this particular location they never get the order correctly! I'll let some time go by hoping that they've figured out how to run a business & give them another chance only to be disappointed. They didn't give us a item, we were sent to park & waited over 10 minutes before they brought it out. The other location on the big curve has been fine.

Horrible customer service from Lissette the shift leader. Ordered an original lemonade (as advertised) in the drive thru and she very rudely goes WHAT? Once he repeated himself she asks for the size and when we pull up she gives us a small, we tell her we ordered a large and she says they’re one size, receipt says large lemonade. She had such a bad attitude ? and she’s the shift leader.
Manager? (Lauren) was extremely rude to customers and was yelling and screaming at employees in front of customers.

Horrible beyond anything always mess up my order. Which is wrong cause I'm the only one in line or in the building in fact. I was the only customer. But hey I guess it's easier to make something basic then to actually take a order. Even when they clarify what you want they're just messing with you. "You want that?, oh no sir I get decide for you cause I'm the one making your food!" Attitude here. Won't even honor a refund. Told me "drive back with that burger you got and we will exchange it out for your double western" DUDE I LIVE 10MILES OUT AND I even asked for a refund and they said they don't do that! That's why I have to drive back from home with my burger to get another burger which prolyl would of been made even worse than the burger I already got. I LOOK AT THE RECIEPT AND THE LADY APPERENTLY CANT COUNT PAST THE NUMBER 3 CAUSE I ASKED FOR A NUMBER 4 AND SHE GAVE ME A REGULAR BURGER AND ON TOP OF IT PUT IN THE DOUBLE WESTERN WRAPPER TO FOOL ME. Shoot at the window i asked where my soda was and got hit with "soda??oh ?here" Disrespected at a carls Jr is just funny. Cause you'd expect them to be respectful workers. I almost drove back the 8-10 miles but then just got something around the corner. I want my refund!
