Fortuna Carls Jr very disappointing spicy chicken sandwich looked like sat on nothing but shredded lettuce awful drink for $3.00 half ice so little actual lemonade certainly wont be back
Went with Mama then brought her a Western bacon cheeseburger till she moved to a nursing home . I continued to think they are the brstburgers and sweet folk working there.

Last night i stopped by this Carl's Jr location on 32nd and 4th Ave to get myself a meal after a long day. It was around 10:35pm when I went through the drive thru to order. I ordered a combo #3. The guy working said that at that time the grill was closed due to almost being closing time (11pm) and they needed to start cleaning the grills. I asked him why would they close the grill when it's still open for service ... his excuse was that they are given 20min to clean the grills and that they have to complete that task before closing time....11pm. I was very disappointed to know the poor quality of service they are providing ... i went home without the meal I really was looking forward to enjoying.

I literally just got a crispy jalapeño sandwich not only did they take forever to give me my order which I didn’t complain about the chicken was undercooked and rubbery when I called the guy on the phone was rude and said he’d make me a new one only if I brought my receipt then hung up on me. If ima pay 10 for a sandwich I’d expect it to at least be cooked all the way. 5/10/2023 night crew
