Wanted to order the Gotta Have it with three flavors (like I always do) and girl said I'm only allowed two. I asked if I could pay extra for another and she had snippy attitude and said no. Ok whatever. I chose a few add ins because she said I could not have anymore. More lies. I'm not sure if things have changed since I have not been to a Cold Stone in years but either way she was extremely rude for there being noone in the shop. It was early day so not even the excuse that it was late or they were closing can be used. Then instead of mixing in the damn MIX INS she smooshed them on top of the ice cream. Instead of mixing in with one flavor. Now I'm eatting all the toppings at the top and none through out as a MIX IN is supposed to be. I'll just go to La Michoacana. Nicer staff and more professional. Ice cream is supposed to be cold not the staff.

I love this place for the variety of ice cream and cones, not to add all the extras you can add to your sweet tooths . Took my grandchildren for desert on their Birthdays! They loved it! Big Thank you to Alize for going on & beyond to make this day special! She was very friendly, fun and patient with my grandchildren! We will be going back soon!

Ice cream was delicious but it was super hot inside the building so we had to go outside and eat the ice cream in the hot weather.

Ice cream was great. When looking for the opening time on google it states that they open at noon for Sundays but when we arrived the store sign said 11am.
Can you please stop cleaning your glass shelves/chocolate display cases with FABULOSO!!??? Last time I was there it was the same! Every single thing in there tastes like the smell of fabuloso! Disgusting! This time the chocolate tasted old too -- honestly idk how you stay in business -- no more

I went in for a rocky road like I have done for years. I ordered a love it in a bowl. The price was almost 10 dollars. I asked why it was so expensive and they said it’s because of the add on. I was like, I ordered a rocky road and that it’S the same order I have done for years. I told them I did not want the icecream and gave it back. They lost a twice a week customer with my whole family. Will never go back!!

Super overpriced... If the ice cream were great quality I would say that it's justifiable to spend so much on an ice cream cone. However, the Blue Bell ice cream in my freezer is way more creamy and it cost a fraction of what we paid for dessert today.

Worst Cold Stone chain I have ever visited! We were not greeted for at least 10min, then they made our ice creams poorly (melted before they were handed to us) and charged us extra (only got one topping). Wasted my x-mas gift card coming to this location. Picture is literally their end product..before I even paid...

We went in today. Right when we walked in the store it smelled like disinfectant. We ordered one waffle cone with peanut butter ice cream to share, which was almost $10.00. We left the store sharing the ice cream by spoon and drove off. We got about two miles away and started breaking off pieces of the waffle cone to eat?? both my husband and I were gagging. The waffle cone tasted like the disinfectant that we smelled in the store. We would have went back but I had an appointment on the other side of town. They need to cover their cones and everything else in there before they start spraying the disinfectant. Iam thinking about calling the health inspector.
