Today, I stopped by for a free cone in the afternoon and was greeted by an incredibly sweet and diligent employee. He seemed to be new, but he did an outstanding job and was very attentive to his tasks. When I asked for his name, he told me it was Jose Luis. Jose Luis really made my night!

I recently visited Dairy Queen and had the pleasure of being served by Jose Luis. Let me tell you, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and made me feel right at home. He patiently answered all my questions about the menu and even recommended some delicious treats. Not only was he attentive, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect. The level of customer service he provided was exceptional, and it truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend visiting Dairy Queen and asking for Jose Luis. You won't be disappointed

Not worth the price. Food came out FAST (because it was basically had no toppings). A Mini blizzard was $5.68 and hardly any topics. I expressed my concern and was told “each size has toppings rationed out”.I’ll pay $3.99 at Fry’s for an entire tub of ice cream next time.

I do not recommend this place. My Reese's peanut buttercuo blizzard looked more like plain soft serve. The manager stated they're pre-portioned, yet they look way different anywhere else.

Tried to give this DQ location a few chances since I'm in the foothills. BUT every time I've gotten a blizzard here, there is few toppings on top, then only plain ice cream after a few bites. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing! The DQ on 4th Ave puts TONS of toppings in your blizzards well mixed. The staff here is also horrible, always young kids who seem high and rude. Need better staff and quit ripping people off. Can't believe this location is still open...
