I am very confused by Domino's and the difference between the store and on line services. Apparently they are 2 different things. I have had at least 3 different issues with in internet services and phone contact. If you have any difficulty placing an order online and call the store to order, they cannot accommodate your order. I was just told that they could not get me the special that is all over the TV with 2 large pizzas, 2 sides and drink for 19.99 if I called the store and that it had to be done online. I explained the situation with the wifi being out and unable to place the order that way so wanted to call to get the order. They stated that it has to be done on line as they don't carry that in the store?They have lost several orders from me and can imagine there has to be more people out there. Domino's is lossing business over this issue. One being their computer glitch of not accepting our address for delivery but regularly delivery here to our RV park and don't allow any pick up after 10 pm. They didn't even have any suggestions on how to get the order completed or acted like they cared if we ordered or not.I worked for Domino's years ago and they use to be very customer oriented and would accommodate for some issues. Maybe it's the difference between corporate and privately owned stores?Has anyone's else has issues with this? Not everyone lives where there is reliable cell or wireless systems available.

Dominos is still pretty fantastic! The girl tonight who helped me ...... Yessenia.....she was the best! Helped me to place my order & receive my "points" etc thru my phone cuz appearanrly ....I am retarded! THANX YESSENIA!GIVEHERARAISE!
All I can say is that my Chai tea was made incorrectly. Unfortunately, I didnt notice until I had already drove off and was almost home. Also the young lady working the drive thru was not very friendly. Could use some greeting customer skills.

I was in Dominos Store on 4th Avenue in Yuma on 04/23/2023 when I saw that one of the employees had taken cash from a customer and was about to go to prep some food I asked him if he was going to wash his hands first which I smiled in disbelief that he was not going to wash his hands. When another employee stated you don't have to be sarcastic and you don't have to be a dick. I replied I smiled because of the disbelief that the employee was about to prep food and not wash his hands. I told the employee that I was going to report this incident to the owner and management.

Service is usually good here. Today though a employee coughed right into his hand and kept ringing me up. I work with food and this is highly unsanitary I hope they don't do this often or I'll be switching locations.
