Always call here as it's my kids favorite pizza place, food is always good no issues and ordering on phone has become a breeze since it's done so often by me they have my order with my number. Delivery is usually quicker than the time they estimate drivers are always friendly.

Bad service !! For the first time this happens, I spoke to order and they told me that in about 45 minutes to an hour and that I would pay in cash after they were lost, even so I had to look for the delivery person and for him to tell me that he would not accept cash of 50 even so I told him to give me back less for the tip and even then he doesn't always give me change and I paid with a 50 bill not even because it took more than an hour and even so I had to find it to be able to find my address I will never lose again My time

Little History... I went to school at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti Michigan. Ypsilanti Michigan is the birthplace of Domino's Pizza where Tom Monahan started his first store. Domino's has been excellent all my life until now. This store is absolute rubbish . The reviews are true. I have never in my life tried to order a pizza been put on hold for 6 minutes and then disconnected and then called back and put on hold for another 6 minutes until I hung up. I think this particular store wants to fail on purpose. It is truly a pimple on the butt of Domino's. I ended up ordering from an Italian joint closer to downtown. Further away from me but much better service. This store needs a serious reprogramming. And all your high-tech stuff don't impress me when y'all don't know how to use it effectively.

Five Cheese Pizza tastes like the pizza of my childhood! Yum! Why are your wings so tiny and soggy? Just terrible!!!
I accidentally had a moment and filled out my order the wrong way took off the sauce and the cheese. it wasn't the team's fault whatsoever but I called to let them know what happened and they gladly told me to just exchange the pizzas free of charge. I'm really happy Brandon and his team at Domino's on 32nd Street in Yuma Arizona where courteous enough to understand my mistake. excellent customer service

I know prices have gone up for everything but come on... $51 for a large pizza, garlic knots, and salad?!? But the real 2 star review is for the salad. I'm not a pizza person so I usually order a pasta or salad while the rest of the family gets to have their pizza. Salad came in a black.plastic container that was sealed with plastic and the tomatoes, onions, cheese, and croutons came packaged in plastic by themselves within the black plastic bowl. The entire thing tasted like chemicals, like plastic, I guess. I'm a big girl and like food and normally I can tolerate about anything. But this salad went in the trash.

The service and employees were fine. But the taste and quality of the products we ordered wasn’t good. We eat domino’s all over the country. I have never really been disappointed in the taste and quality of the food. The pizza was dry and didn’t taste well. The wings sauce didn’t taste as good as it usually does and the skin on the chicken was really thick and rubbery where it wasn’t inviting to eat. We couldn’t even chew it enough to break it down. It tasted worthless to eat with such an expensive cost. It was disappointing. Not sure if it was old product, bad product choices or what the issue was with this experience.

I really dislike Domino's current call taking system! The store nearest me has good customer service so they have always delivered to our address, which is 5.6 miles away from the store (probably .6 out of their definitely area). But the call center says they won't deliver to me & transfers me to the store. The store doesn't offer the deals anymore, which is what we always got before. Only online does. Online, of course, doesn't deliver to our address. Sheesh!
