Service was superb, food was delicious. Wife had Eggs Benedict, I had the Colorado omelette, and both were delivered promptly, Our waitress was friendly, smiling, and efficient. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant break in our long crosscountry drive. Sure hit the spot!

We won’t be back to this restaurant. Good was not even fair at best, two very small pieces of ham shaped in a triangle, pancakes were cold and served in a bread and butter dish, they were uneaten because there was no room for the syrup, didn’t get butter. Very small eggs, almost pullet size. Coffee tasted old and stale, served in a carafe.

An awesome IHop, I've been to a few, this one puts others to shame. The food is delicious. The service was quick, especially compared to how full the place was. And always had someone cleaning, sweeping etc. My next time visiting Yuma, I will definitely be back. I'm having the mushroom, spinach omelet again.

This IHOP is so bad first they took 1 hour to bring out me and my granddaughters food our food was a simple pancake and waffle and the food tasted horrible like chalk we plan to never ever go back don’t go here if you want delicious
Waited for a table, no problem. Got to said table and waited… and waited and waited. Asked the hostess if we had a waiter or waitress. She said she talked to her and would be with us soon. Waited and waited. Got up to ask the nearest waitress if she was the waitress for our table. She said no and then remembered that she was our waitress!! Obviously the hostess never talked to our waitress! Complete and utter idiocy.

I haven't been to this IHOP in years and the menu options have definitely upgraded. There is something for every taste bud. The crepes are my favorite here and they did not disappoint. Blueberry lemon ricotta crepes were delicious. I'll be going back more often now to try different dishes. We went for dinner so it wasn't super busy. We didn't wait long to get seated and our waitress was very attentive.

Wait staff is super slow having to wait up to 15 minutes to get a coffee is to much for me then another 15 minutes for someone to take your order. Save yourself the headache for terrible service and over priced food and go the foothills and go to Ricks cafe they have great service and fresh food . The only reason we didn't go today was because we were on this side of town and figured how bad can it be to go to IHOP for just pancakes well they made it a terrible decision on our part.
