We ordered regular fries and were given curly fries. After reporting the problem they corrected the order without question and let us keep the curly fries.Also, a set of tacos that we ordered weren't in the bag when we got ho e. After a phone call, employees said we could come down and get the tacos or wait until the next time we came to correct the problem.

All Jack in the Box are Excellent... This particular one had such happy employees ? today we got two breakfast cresants for $5.00 they were sooooh YUMMY ? I Highly Recommend this placeVegetarian options: Eggs, egg rolls, ice cream shake
The short fat Latina manager/shift leader on a Friday morning humiliated one of her employees in front of customers and charged me for more food than I ordered. She is definitely a bully and makes Jack in the Box seem ghetto.

Always go to the Jack on Catalina. Never had good service at this Jack but tonight takes the cake. Had to pick up a door dash order and the girl was ridiculously rude to me. She's the shift lead too. Finally get them to acknowledge the order and they still won't give it to me even though it was sitting there ready so they can yell at me and cuss me out while holding up the entire drive thru line.Local Jack franchise owner(s), whoever has been running the Catalina store for the last 10-20 years needs to train the rest of your managers.
