The crew here is awfully rude and know nothing about customer service. They act like they own the place, I want to say shame on the leadership for promoting these so call management to run their business. They sure are making you all look great. The drive thru girl named Jackie needs major training. Shame on you upper management.

Went to KFC at 7:30pm this evening. Stood there for about 17 minutes. Started to order, young man had to go ask, came back and told me no extra chrispy. So disappointed I murmured a little and left with nothing. Not the first time being disappointed at this KFC. At south frontage rd. Foothills, Yuma Arizona. REALLY BAD.

I used to come here regularly. Today I ordered chicken for my family, about $70 worth. What I got was greasy, slimy, and disgusting. You could not even pick it up without the skin falling off. And, when I ordered, I told them that the last few orders had not included my favorite part at all. Sure enough, the mess I got again had none of my favorite pieces. When I called, I was told “all they could do” is replace the chicken if I brought it back to them. So, back I went. They took the chicken back and left me in the drive thru line. They asked me to move to wait for fresh chicken, which I am usually happy to do. I only asked that someone say they might be sorry for my inconvenience. They refused. They said they checked and the chicken was fine. I confirmed they were proud of the product they put out. They said they were. So, easy. Not coming here again. They are rude, serve crap and are proud of it.

Not only that, but they must have cooked up the anorexic chicken because the amount of chicken they actually served me was actually so small. Fries were decent, and the biscuit was absolutely pathetic. On top of the absolutely god-awful food, the service was also sub-par. The woman running the register looked like she was 5 seconds away from ripping your face off if you said the wrong thing to her. We even forced ourselves to be overly polite to her, saying please and thank you, just in case so we wouldn't be the unfortunate souls that got their food spat in. 1/5 stars, this is why I barely eat in the foothills

Ordered an 8 PC meal and 8 jalapenos which cost $2.40. got home chicken was full of fat and not even 1 jalapeno! Tried calling and of course they wouldn't answer the phone. So again they stole money from me because this is about the 5th time they forgot the jalapenos. So I was given a choice of eating my meal hot or going back for something I had paid for and should have been put in my bag! It's not my job to check and see if you did your job!!

There was a misunderstanding about what I ordered. I have a very impatient husband and they said it would be 30 min before our pot pies would be done. So I said I would run my husband home and return for my food. Got back and didn't have the pot pies. Jose the manager stayed late to take care of us. He was amazing! Kudos to him and his customer service.
