Went recently and was pleased to find out the Albondagas was like it used be. My food was good, but several people's carne asada was cold. What I will say is there was not as much meat in the folded tacos as before. A caveat to consider, however, is we were a group of 20 or so. The service was really good.

Service was fine, the food however was pretty gross. Our entire table agreed we wouldn’t be back. Many other places in town serve way better food for less money. Skip.

Really disappointed in this place because it looked really appealing and delicious based on the other reviews. Unfortunately, the service was horrible. We were seated and given salsa and chips but nothing to drink at all. Two couples walked in after us and immediately got their drinks and got to place their orders while we were STILL waiting. We had gone up to the hostess about the situation and still nothing was done about it. We felt ignored and therefore decided to walk out. Service and attention to the clientele definitely needs to be improved on!

Chips are good but a sheen of oil was a good reminder to eat just a few! Wow the salsa!! Wonderful and flavorful if you are not fond of Garlic... skip it! Yummy!!! This place is fun, has been in Yuma for a long time and it's clean. The bathroom is a little flimsy but suffices. To get there you pass by a prep are which is spotless! My beverage and chips and salsa were waiting upon my return to the table. Something about Diet Coke here is.. odd. Kinda tastes like it's got lemon in it. Hmmmm Taco with shredded beef was okay. The meat isn't just shredded. It's pulverized. Very ideal if you tend to have issues with meet getting stuck in your teeth or if you are feeding a toddler. Ask for other meet options if you need the chew/gnaw element to your taco. Sonoran taco the BEST rolled taco I've had here I Yuma yet! It was filled well at one end but the ammount tapered off down to noting by the end! But c'mon... let's be honest... it's in a fried flour tortilla! And who doesn't love a fried flour tortilla! Ideal for old people and toddlers because here again it's that same shredded pulverized beef from the taco before! The Relleno is the Star of this meal! Thank You La Fonda for not over cooking the yummy Poblano filled with the perfect ammount of melted cheese! Seriously an amazing flavorful Relleno! I will be back.! I'll bring hungry people with me! I promise!!! Didn't get offered a refill, a to go cup and was never offered a check. 7 tables and one waitress at noon! I'm patient! The food is overall THAT Good!!!!!! But why does the Diet Coke taste weird?? Charming waitress smiling and personable! Hostess needs to know it's in poor taste to remove a second chair from a two top table which you have already seated. There are plenty of empty chairs and tables to borrow from if you need to. Don't isolat a customer dining solo!

We tried quite a few things.Taco plates, combination plates with enchiladas and tacos, and carne asada burritos. All were good. I like the rice that came with each plate. The tacos were made just like my mother in law makes them in Tucson. If I ate here again I would have to ask them to leave the sour cream out of the carne asada burrito but that is a personal preference. The food is good but it is more Sonoran style which is different than what I grew up with 60 miles to the west.

I'm extremely surprised at the many rave reviews this place has and I have to wonder if they're artificially inflating the reviews here...Anyways, this place has horrendous food. Extremely bland and plain. I've had microwave meals that were better than the food they served. I know I'm not being picky either, because I saw a few other patrons there at the time that were grimacing at what they ordered. There are many other options for decent Mexican food around Yuma and this place certainly isn't one of them.

Prompt, friendly service. Fresh made food. Great decor. Homemade chips, great salsa with nice mild heat. Loved the folded corn tacos, nice seasoning to the grilled chicken.

Late lunch with my wife. Chips and salsa are great. Wife had tortilla soup which she said was too salty. I had a small Albondiga soup which was very watery but included 2 marble size meatballs. I also had the red beef chimichanga enchilada style which was delicious! We shared folded tacos which were also very good. Kudos on having Mexican Coke. Our table was "sticky " but clean. Server and staff were awesome.
