Voted Yumas #1 seafood restaurant we decided to give it a try and Mariscos La Apoma did NOT disappoint! We had various dishes such as, botana especial served chilled with shrimp, scallops and octopus covered with lots of avocado and mouthwatering sauces. Ribeye aguachil which was tender and juicy definitely a house specialty! Stuffed shrimp Chile’s momia with mouthwatering special sauce, bacon, and caramelized crunchy onions. For dessert we had pastel de elote with a scoop of ice cream and what kind of tasted a little like pineapple nonetheless delicious, TRY IT!The waitress was very tentative to all of us by serving and removing plates from our table and refilling our drinks with perfect timing. The atmosphere was a little crowded with customer's but after eating there it was understandable.Great food! Great service! We’re coming back for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you've traveled to southern Mexico and have visited the State of Sinaloa you know why they're called the shrimp capital of the world. Mariscos "La Apoma" offers food lovers the opportunity to enjoy recipes derived from a small village in Sinaloa, Apoma. Two generations of the Yllescas Family run Mariscos "La Apoma" the matriarch cooking recipes passed on for generations. Be warned the more authentic the food the spicier it gets, but they also offer a wide variety of other dishes that will make you come back for more.I personally drive south of the border for my shrimp cocktails and oysters. But according to Cristian Yllescas all of their ingredients come from the source the Gulf of California. Mariscos "La Apoma" is perfect for those that want to do more than just eat, they want to have an experience.

I personally travel south of the border for my shrimp cocktails and oysters. The family that runs Mariscos La Apoma is originally from a small village in Sinaloa called La Apoma. Mexico's State of Sinaloa is known as the shrimp capital of the world. Mariscos La Apoma is a combination of Mexican and American cuisine. They have something for everyone and by that I mean they also serve hotdogs and french fries. They have TVs to watch the game and they even host Pay-Per-View events. Two generations of the family work in the restaurant and each of them is charismatic and attentive. The restaurant is clean and spacious, what you'd expect if you traveled abroad. Among some of the dishes they serve is their octopus, manta ray, and of course shrimp tacos. By far my favorite has to be the 7 Seas Soup, which has almost everything under the sea in one bowl, and some vegetables for good measure. On my next visit I plan on trying their oyster shots, you read right.

Small restaurant with limited seating. Located at the corner of a strip mall. The kitchen is completely open for you to see thats great as you can observe their handling of your food. The food is incredible as staff were awesome. Definitely the place to come for your ceviche or seafood cravings.

Been wanting to come here and so glad we did! Husband got an appetizer (chile relleno and rib eye something) and I got shrimp tacos. Yum. Very good flavors. Salsa was nice and spicy!! Inside is comfortable and clean.

The ceviche was good wish I would of known they put chile picado in it. For next time I know. The taco with shrimp and pulpo was super good.

Everything was ok until i seen the young lady stick her hands that had been touching multiple things and surfaces inside the tortilla chip bag, grab a handful and place it on a plate and served it to a customer. I also called and asked if the tostadas were all spicy and she said they will make them non spicy upon request but i didnt even get an option to not get them spicy. I just expressed to her that it was really spicy and i couldn’t even eat them. So just a FYI tostadas are spicy
