I have ordered the fish sandwich several times from this store. They do not seem to prepare the sandwich properly. The bun is supposed to be steamed, NOT TOASTED. I have ordered this fish sandwich for 50 plus years from Alaska to east coast, every store gets it right except this store. What seems to be the issue.

Staff here are rude and disorganized. They swipe off orders for just drinks before making sure those orders are filled and then speak rudely to customers when they ask for their drinks. I have witnessed this several times and have had it happen to me personally 3 times in 1 week.

For the third time, when we ordered DoorDash from this McDonald’s half of our order is missing. I called and complained, they said we could come and pick it up. If we would like if I had time to go pick up food I wouldn’t have ordered DoorDash. She says otherwise there’s nothing she can do. She was very rude about it.
Was ordering on app! It wouldn’t go thru after about 20 minutes of trying went thru drive thru and manager Ali got thing corrected and got my order. Im disabled so really appreciate the customer service of getting thing fixed!Thank you!???
