If we could give this a zero we would! Just picked up a big Mac, large fries. Opened the box and this was the big mac!! A few shreds of disgusting lettuce, no pickles hardly any sauce. No meat on bottom both at the top but 1 burger was 1/2 a burger pattie. Serious, where is the quality control, does the management not watch how items r made. It was cold, had been sitting there awhile by the looks of the buns and lettuce. This store has been going down hill for over a year. They need to close it down. There are better stores in the city that actual care what they give to the customers!!

If I could give zero I would..ordered the "new" chicken sandwich, awful. Dry chicken, stale bun 2 pickles and nothing else! No sauce of any kind! I'm done with McDonald's, no 2 for deals no deals period. Even the fries that are usually good we're cold.. I took them back and waited for some hot ones. No comparison against Popeyes, to bad no Popeyes in Yuma :(

We noticed that at the Mc Donalds on avenue b was always chargeing us more for an item on the menu than the Mc Donalds on 4th Avenue. So we looked up the menu items online and the prices and sure enough for a couple of months now the location on avenue B has been chargeing us up to three dollars more for almost everything we paid for 2 Mc ribs 2 big macs 1 large fry 39 dollars. Tried talking to the manager butt the manager wasnt available for any inquirys about being over priced.

Found a fly in my Salad I was on my 30 min lunch so I couldn't go back and the fly was under some of the salad made me sick to my stomach
You can taste motor oil in the popcorn unsafe and unsanitary burnt popcorn opening a law suit with them soon
SLOW service. 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and big mac bundle. No sauce on one of the big macs. No sauce for the nuggets either.
