I hosted a large event and I needed a lot of pizza. I called and spoke to the manager and told her what I needed. She was super helpful. every step of the way. 35 pizzas arrived on time, were piping hot and delicious. Thanks for great pizzas. Great customer service.

Scheduled pick up at 5:30 on 3/19/2023. Ordered a 3 topping sausage mushroom and olive. Not enough sauce to even taste like your normal pizza. Some pieces may have had one or two of each item on a piece. It was a very bad pizza. You have been our go to pizza place in the Foothills for a couple of years. So very disappointing.

I ordered, gave all my credit card information over the phone with a guy named Archie, payed for my food when I placed the order. 45 minutes later had a guy come knock on my door, said he's from door dash and that I needed to pay cash as I had not payed for my food?! Not sure how and why door dash is delivering, no one told me this?? I tried calling the pizza place and they kept hanging up the phone.... Worst experience and waste of my time...

Ordered a pizza from this place on Sunday January 22 around 4:40 pm. Picked it up and brought it home and found a hair in our food!!!! Absolutely disgusting! No matter the price or lack of help, food establishments are required to be clean and sanitary!!! I will be reporting to the health department!!!! Needless to say, I didn’t eat I was so disgusted!!!

Employees not wearing hair nets on their beards. Employees touch other surfaces then continue making pizza without washing hands. Manager is an older lady that looks like she might be mentally challenged or slow.

Worst experience ever! The app malfunctioned. I tried calling the store and the phone number didn't work. Called the corporate office and they tried the number and it didn't work. I had to pick up my food and then it wasn't made correctly. The personnel said sorry. No delivery but they took the tip and wouldn't refund. Had to make a second trip to get the food made correctly. Awful experience!

Update: They threw in two Root beer liters for issue with how long it took. And the Door dash driver was super nice. Not sure what happened tonight but pizza is good. Garlic knots good. Wings need work. Just throwing sauce on nuggets basically. Appreciate the Root beer. But They do need to work on timing, or staffing. Not sure- but wait time main issue.Original review: They don’t answer their phone. Ordered pizza and it wasn’t until two hours later that they started baking it! I will never order from here again!!!! Three hours later we got pizza.

I try to make the Oder thru internet and then he said he never got it and his name is josh in foothills basically crappy service still and they don't answer the phone to take the Oder that way I'm not rating it I hope corporate sees this it's half that star get some real loyalist employees that are grown up to run this store please please

I haven’t had papa johns pizza for 10 years. Is it just me or is their hand tossed pizza at this location INCREDIBLY THIN. It looks like a freaking thin crust pizza. Are they serious?????? I remember papa johns pizza use to be wayyy better and thicker and the toppings use to go underneath the cheese with the cheese on top which made it even thicker. This pizza was so thin!!!! I ordered two large hand tossed pizzas and feel like this location is ripping people off. They can’t be serious with this paper thin pizza. I ordered a hand tossed pizza not a thin crust. I CANT IMAGINE WHAT THEIR THIN CRUST LOOKS LIKE. Like seriously?!!!?!?
