All I wanted was a coffees with cream and sweet and low or Splenda. I told the drive threw person not only once but twice. I still didn't get it, and when my husband got down to ask for sweeteners which made him upset, cuz they wouldn't help, then some kid came out, telling him they only have these green packs for sweeteners which was fine but all this could have been avoided if they would have said that from the beginning. Never again coming to this location ?

Smucking Awesome

I was passing through, spent a week in Yuma and this was the closest Starbucks and my experience was good. I was a little worried with some of the reviews, but my experience was smooth.

This is my third attempt to frequent this Starbucks. I have waited no less than 30 minutes each time to get a coffee. This morning I actually had to ask the person behind me to back up so that I could exit the drive-through because I was going to be late. Having had to wait for so long. To add insult to injury half of the items on their menu, they do not have. So you make a decision as to what to order only to be told. Sorry we don’t have that more than three times. I won’t go back.

Ordered a caramel mocchiato venti with an extra shot, not sure what happened I was not satisfied it tasted as if it had substitute sugar that was not requested I was so disappointed charged me $7.28 for an unsatisfied drink!. I tried calling to complain but there was no answer. What happened to customer satisfaction. Deeply concerned?

When you ask for real honey in your green tea and they use the honey blend instead, you are not a happy camper. Further, it is insulting that they think their customer doesn't know the difference. Big fail. You deserve s bad review.
