We placed an order online (3/14/24) and showed up at the appropriate time only to find that the inside was locked with a sign that said that the restaurant was closed and the only way to get our order was to wait in the drive through line which had 10-20 cars in it already. Our order was literally sitting on the to go table but no employee was willing to simply bring it to us at the front door.We couldn't wait for the drive-thru so ended up having to call the corporate hotline to try and get a refund on the order. This is completely unacceptable. Other people were upset as well. Not the way to handle staff calling out if that was the problem.... Positive note...the girl answering the phone was at least apologetic about it.

It's REALLY hit & miss here. Sometimes, there are friendly staff and things are going well... and then A LOT of times, we're totally ignored at the pick up station (and I often say Thank You to them). Very often, the floors look like they haven't been swept for a week. Quite often, the crew is behind. But, then there are times we are greeted by friendly staff and they seem to be caught up. Not sure why all the inconsistency (?).

Like most Starbucks, you'll have to wait depending on the time of day. This location is the first location you come across while heading on the 8 going west into Yuma.Oh my...these works are truely fast.With locals residents, snowbirds and truckers, it's very busy most of the time.Our orders were perfect and the staff were super nice.Drive thru might be a minute or 2 faster but it really depends.

Nice people working there. Pretty good atmosphere and coffee. Recommend you go to the outside patio and read a book if you have the time.Vegetarian options: They have some options as far as boxed up vegetables with a sauce.Parking: They have a small parking area and is mostly busy during lunch time.
