came into the drive thru & waited from 9:35 to 10:05 for 1 mango dragonfruit drink. There was no customers inside, there were 3 employees and there was only the car ahead of me and 1 car behind me, meanwhile the employees inside were laughing and chatting, looking over and not attending or at least charging. A lady came and opened the window but decided to get the tips first then left. The window closed and a guy finally charged us, then tried to hand the wrong drink. So I still had to wait longer for my right order. The car ahead of me had to wait a long time as well for what I assume was only a few drinks. The car behind us was beeping. Overall horrible experience, no acknowledgment of the amount of time they took and lack of customer service.

Asked for a drink without whipped cream on the app. Double checked. Went in to pick up drinks and got whipped cream and politely asked I am sorry but I asked for no whipped cream on my drink. She then proceeds to grab the drink out my hand and throws it in the sink and looks pissed. Sorry but I wasn't expecting anything else but a sorry except I got an attitude from her. Never experienced this from a Starbucks here

Love starbucks, but lately, every time we go, we ask for extra whipped cream and extra caramel sauce but always get the same (small) amount. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and respectful so we will keep going there.

Went on drive through this morning , ordered 5 drinks . Ask for a carrier they said we dont have any . I have to ask them again is there anything for me the put the drink in? Then they put it in the bag which spilled all over my car seat . Starbucks is a popular brand and cant even supplied their business drink carrier smh . After taking the drink out from the bag i found there also a flies in my drink what could i say “what an awesome day” ! ?‍♂️

I ordered in store pick up on the mobile app just to arrive and see a sign that said all pick up orders had to be through drive thru. Spent 40 minutes in line waiting to get my order. They should state on the app that in store pick up was not available.

The girl who worked the drive thru will try to scam you. You'll say your order and she puts it down as a venti and also prompts you to leave a tip at the window, not even asking for your app to scan your stars.

Starbucks on 24 and Ave B is now officially BLACKED BALL. I mobile order and waiting in the drive thru line only to be told when I got to the window they are out of cold brew. I was welcome to wait or ordered another drink I canceled the whole order which was my drink, sandwich & bread and got a refund. Last time I ordered a cold brew from them this happened. And it’s only this location that I have this problem with Cold Brew

It was a four I will be rating a 1 when I orded my ice coffees I asked for 2 Trenta 6classic and 6 vanilla. Came back with no vanilla flavor plus super watered down iced coffee before driving off took a drink to make sure it was okay nope. Employee stated what do you want me to do. I would like for you to fix it. Instead of making a fresh iced coffee like they are supposed to. Took what I had and just put more flavor. Which was the completely wrong flavor. Never again will I be going to that one.
