“The baristas are especially friendly and courteous. They should help train most of the baristas at other locations in Yuma, especially the one on the big curb. Besides that the drinks are always made properly. I get exactly what I order, the drinks are always perfect. Starbucks should take notice and Albertsons should be very happy they have great baristas. I’m definitely making this my favorite Starbucks.“
“Walking into Starbucks, it felt very welcoming. The staff is very nice and friendly. It's a great place to get some work done or simply just have a coffee and relax. The music was not loud, it was perfect. There is plenty of seating and tables. My order was made in a timely manner. I ordered a pink drink. It was good. It wasn't watered down like at most places.“

“Great service with very friendly staff. The location is at a nice place, but since it is inside of Campus can be extremely full depending on the time you want a drink. Mostly between normal class schedule so during those times expect people but other than that everything else is great.“

I have had to have my drink corrected on SIX different occasions over the past 6 weeks. On two of those occasions, I ordered on the app for ease ?and convenience only to have to stay in store while the drink was crafted correctly thus creating a 20 minute wait for my drink to be remade several times. All to be responded to by the employees as if I was inconveniencing them? employees? without your customer's, you don't have a job. Customers want to feel appreciated, cared for and treated well. Customer's do not want to hate going into your store. ESPECIALLY if the customer spends a car payment every month to buy from your brand????“
“Drive thru order .. Service is almost always great sob5 stars .. For some reason the food, the cheese danish was a miss for me today .. This particular SB is just behind the hotel I'm staying in, so the danish should've still been warm when I sat down in the hotel lobby to enjoy .. but it just wasn't .. I was very please that they opened so early .. probably 4:30AM, because I was in line before 5AM .. Thank you to the Team members who made that happen .. no pics this time sorry .. Location in Yuma AZ, across from a Big Bear Breakfast restaurant .. Not certain about the name ..“
“Target+Starbucks=Happiness! Love to stop by after doing some shopping. The staff here is very friendly! They’re usually busy but they’re very quick still. They make my Iced Caramel Macciato perfectly everytime! ?? I would only say it’s pretty small, only like 3 tables and someone is always already using them but still a nice way to treat yourself after doing groceries. Would recommend!“
“Like most Starbucks, you'll have to wait depending on the time of day. This location is the first location you come across while heading on the 8 going west into Yuma.Oh my...these works are truely fast.With locals residents, snowbirds and truckers, it's very busy most of the time.Our orders were perfect and the staff were super nice.Drive thru might be a minute or 2 faster but it really depends.“
“This location appears to be providing services to hospital visitors and staff only. It is to the Left inside the Main entrance of the hospital--once you pass through security. NOTE: Visitors are NOT allowed past security until 8am, so, plan for that in your schedule. Otherwise, this appears to be a regular Starbucks with most of the merchandise they offer. There's plenty of spaces to sit and dine. Baristas were friendly and helped me with my custom order. The oatmeal and hot coffee I had were delicious. Would return.“
