Food is great but customer service is horrible. I ordered for delivery and didn't receive an item. I kept calling back to see about a resolution but they kept picking up just to hang up. If you don't want to do your job properly then go somewhere else. Horrible customer service. Should have a way to get a refund on the app because useless workers do not do their jobs. Why want an increase of wages when people can't do their job right.

I went on 2/23/24 the worst service I have experienced. The two girls had the deer in the headlight look I am not sure what they were on. The store was not busy. I had to repeat things twice after they repeated it back to me. Meaning not busy one other customer in the store. Also my order was for one sandwich. I have been at this store before never had this happen.

I went to get subway sandwich. They had online order. No one inline, 2 people working said they have to get this order out. I had to went it word take atleast 15 minutes. They told me it won't take long, I know that wast true. That's why I don't like eat out. Online is first.

Call first to see if their oven is working. A BLTor a teriyaki chicken sandwich is really nasty without being crispy and just hot and soggy out of the microwave. Gross actually. No discount or help even though the food needs to be put together at home. A subway with a broken oven is worse than a McDonald's with a non working ice cream machine.

When it comes to sandwiches, nothing can beat the selection that Subway gives. Their selection covers every taste I've seen within a local group, and it's expanding at least every month. Subway is a one-stop shop for almost any sandwich you can ask for, and for a worthwhile price as well. Not to mention a friendly staff almost always accompanies the creation of every meal. If you're finding yourself indecisive but in the mood for a sandwich, Subway will have a couple things that'tl pique your interest.

They rarely have any other bottled beverages outside of Coke and Diet Coke. We’ve ordered online several times from this particular store in the last few months and they’ve never had Vitaminwater, Sprite, or any other bottled drinks outside of Coke and Diet Coke. We always find out after the fact when getting to the store to pick up the order. Whoever’s in charge of inventory and restocking really dropped the ball on that front. On the upside, the sandwiches are great. That’s why we keep going back in spite of the lack of beverage options.
