The Mr. beast burger is delicious if they actually make it. Today they used there own low quality beef pattys instead of mr beasts. and also they gave there fries instead of the beast fries. Bunch of insconiderate cock suckers.

Went to get an order of large fries and ask if they fresh and hot and he told me they are made fresh, got the fries and they were hot, good portion but were limp, horrible, tried 1 fry and rest went into garbage, if you can’t make just simple order of fries you should not work in the kitchen, never

Angelina M was rude to my parent when an issue was brought up to her. Reassurance to their order wasn’t mentioned as in if they wanted to make their meals a combo or not, or if they wanted their chicken grilled or fried. Angelina just entered whatever she wanted to enter. She started to argue with my mom when the issue was brought up instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding to their needs. I’ve worked in customer service, retail and served for 10+ years. I get it sometimes you’re at your breaking point with customers but the situation could have been handle a lot differently.

I’ve never felt more spiritually connected until i went to surfin chicken.The lady who served us, Helen, was so nice. She welcomed us with open arms and a lovely grin and her service was incredible. May God Himself bless this women’s soul. This amazing woman deserves a raise from the bottom of our surfin chicken filled hearts. Thank you so much Helen. But besides, Helen, the food made me scream “Hallelujah!”The fries are like nothing I’ve ever tasted before, the milkshakes were so soft and creamy. it’s so good, something out of Heaven itself. The sandwich was really good (the "crunch" part was a little less so), the fries good and the Shake, same. Whole meal was 8.5 stars. Customer Service was 9.5. Worth the eats.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich, and like the other reviews I've read they were right. I was shocked it was actually real good, it's definitely spicy, and the fries were mushy and greasy, I'm gonna stick to the Sandwich only. the bread was real good too.

Service was great, the girl at counter was exceptionally polite My to go order was up in about six (6) minutes. We decide to find shade and eat in the car. On a recommendation we ordered broiled spicy versus fried spicy because with fried you get two (2) chicken tenders and broiled you get a single chicken breast! What makes the sandwich spicy is two (2) very small (dime size) jalapeño slices!!! The "chicken breast" was very thin and rubbery! The wilted lettuce was nearly non-existent, whatever the sauce/cheese combination was tried in vain to hold the "sandwich" together, that battlewas lost on the first experimental bite. Next came the fries-oh what a surprise each and every french fry was limp, the colorof coffee and tasted as though the grease had seen better days! No eating in car, so we packed everything up and went home. I washed off all the stuff that clung to the two (2) "chicken breasts" diced them upfor my dogs lunch! In all seriousness, my dog took a step back, sniffed the plateand then she ate all of it! We will avoid eating at this establishment in the future!
