I don’t normally review places but I need the company to understand that $8 for a “veggie roll” that is simply romaine lettuce is ridiculous. Also $9 for veggie tempura which uses old/chewy asparagus is a shame. Please consider this criticism to make the experience better for the next person who looks forward to eating your sushi.

Seeing the reviews of late, I decided to try this place out. Started with a California Roll, and a Rattlesnake Roll. Cali was a tad small but good flavors, but it was the Rattlesnake Roll that was amazing! The mesh of flavors and textures was like nothing I have had before!Needless to say I was expecting the Yakisoba to match the first impression. What a let down... I truly hope that what I got for this dish was a chef's Mistake, but the vegetables and the chicken both looked and tasted like it was burned to a crisp. Literally, I could taste charcoal in my mouth. If they hadn't burned it like they did, I think this would have been a 5 Star, but, Sorry guys, I based it on what I got
Horrible food. The tuna on top of the rainbow roll was similar in texture to cardboard. The entire order had a strange smell. I only had a single piece before throwing it away.

Tomo has been my go to sushi place ever since I first tried it. I have tried almost every sushi on the menu but my top 2 favorites are the Mango Go Go and French Kiss. I've never had an issue with this place, but when I did, my order was fixed and was given a free roll on the house. The place is clean though the building is old... but again it's Yuma. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious sushi spot!
