Stopped in for lunch while passing through Yuma. Food was average and the soda machine was out of Coca Cola syrup so nobody could get a Coke. This location is co-located at a gas station and can get slammed. Glad we walked in a few minutes early.
Drive through gave me my drink left window I thought she gave me everything not she kept my card and later found out also the food. Now my third Trip I talked to a manager got my order and my card.Kid-friendliness: Playroom

Wendy’s is usually my “Go To” spot whenever I’m traveling. And I Make my stop on the 16th street location. I went on the 13th, 14th, and 15th of January 2024 all after 5pm. And WHOEVER was working the front area from those times and days till closing needs a Gold Medal!! The lobby was cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. Plenty of tables to sit that were actually clean. The customer service that Hispanic man provided was Top Notch in my book. I saw him running around everywhere...read full review
