I'd completely boycotted A&W after a terrible experience at one in Kamloops and an INCREDIBLY worse one (worst of my life) at the Langley A&W on 200th Street.The owner operator and every employee at the Langley restaurant needs to go to the one at 2054 Whatcom Road in Abbotsford, sit down, watch learn, fresh delicious food wonderful staff clean restaurant and most of all, PROFESSIONAL, everything that the Langley restaurant ISN'T

I really appreciate fast food restaurants when you're on the road and A&w has good food, but I have to say that this A&W needs to be a little more mindful of how greasy the bacon is when they serve it. My husband's bun was soaked in grease, not good. ??

I stop here once a week for a burger after work. Every single time they do not add the bacon I payed extra for. Obviously I'm going to start checking before I leave the drive thru from now on. I'm starting to think it's a scam they do now, trying to save extra money. How is it possible that they "forget" every single time?
Just had food here and customer service is horrible. Ordered chicken buddy burger for my daughter and they gave us beef burger. I came back for replacement and they are not even sorry for anything.A & W and it’s front staff need to show some respect to its customer’s.
