went to dine-in today. And i was shocked to see that i got a hair in my pizza. When i showed it to the waitress , she apologized and said they'll make another pizza for us. I partially agreed .mistakes can happen. the second time when we got our veggie pizza re-made , there was a piece of chicken in the plate in which the pizza was served. Disgusting.After talking about all this , the manager said "there is a risk of cross-contamination" and further she said "I can't do anything ". Does this store deal their customers with this attitude? I don't think they even know the consequences of cross contamination. I am a vegetarian so i ordered everything in veg and finding a piece of hair and then chicken was really traumatizing . They have 0 food service, 0 customer service. It has been the worst experience. never visiting this place again.

The atmosphere and service is fantastic. Their pizza isn't as flavorful as I was used to but it is a good family outing for sure.

I came here with my family for dinner. Our servers name was Harshil Kaundal. He did a fantastic job of serving us in a timely and friendly manner as well as answering any questions we had. Harshil gave us some great recommendations and made our overall experience great.

Worst service I've ever encountered tonight!Sat in the corner and ignored for 15 minutes, not even a drink order was taken, meanwhile while 2 parties came after us and were served right away. I told the manager, and her response "I'm sorry I'll talk to the person in that section".Thats it?!?! We ended up leaving.

This time around, I got everything I ordered. Last time they forgot a meatball and plate of spaghetti, I only received 1 dish rather than the 2 it comes with. Plus, last time they overcharged

Hands down the worst pizza bread received in our order last night. We ordered 3 to go and all 3 were so over cooked, hard and crunchy we could not eat them. If we sit in the restaurant this doesn't seem to be a problem. It's almost always an issue with our take out.

The food is the same as any other Boston Pizza .The service is below average . I went with my friend the waitress got a table of 4 and another table of 13 guests came after we were there those 2 tables were served before us , We had to wait near 20 minutes to get the menu and another 30 minutes to place our orders .

I just want to start by saying that I have never had a more terrible experience at a restaurant! When we got seated, the waiter didn't give us enough utensils for everyone. That was not much of an issue, though. When we got our drinks, we asked for straws, but the waiter did not bring enough straws for everyone at the table. After asking for a straw several times, he finally came over and gave one. The waiter would rarely come to the table; he would come every 20–30 minutes. Whenever he would come, he would be rushing to leave right in the middle of us giving him our requests. We understand it was slightly busy, but we came here several times during busy times, and we never got this kind of service. Some time passes, and we decide to ignore that and figure that it must not be a bigger issue than we think it is. He was also very unprofessional and was swearing. Finally, when it got to the payment process, this is where everything got worse. The waiter got the bill wrong four times, and each time we would explain to him the changes that needed to be made. My friend's mom was already there when we started the payment process, and she had to wait 30 minutes for the bill to be right. At that point, we were all too tired and asked him to bring a pen and paper so we could write down what we ordered so that it would be easier for him. My friend's mom came to talk to him about the situation, and he completely ignored her. He also overcharged my friend for her order, and when she confronted him, He threw money at her and said, Take it. We were all trying to keep our cool, but it was very difficult to do so because of the constant attitude that we received from him. He told his manager about us, and when we went to pick up our to go orders, they both gave us dirty looks, and he said to her, "Look, it's those girls." They also got our order wrong and forgot to make my pizza, so they just handed me a random box of pizza in the incorrect size. As we left, we could see them glaring at us and giving us dirty looks. I am very disappointed to say that I will never step foot in this establishment again and will be taking my business somewhere else. Our waiter's name was Cory, and I believe that the manager's name was Amanda.

Food is pretty good. Service is non existent. Our server only saw us twice, just to take our order. I thought that maybe their shift had ended and someone else had taken over as our server but apparently not. Another server brought us our food, but that was basically the last time we had an interaction with staff other than asking for the bill multiple times just to be ignored. Had to wait 25 minutes to pay, and only got service when I literally walked up to the hostess for payment.They were not understaffed. They were almost overstaffed, with what looked like the employees having a party in the kitchen. Managers were present but didn't care as they were socializing at the bar.Save yourself some headache and wasted time. Get takeout instead.

I came in for lunch, it was pretty dead, 3 other tables , i waited 15 minutes no one acknowledged us, then went up and asked if someone can take our order, after we got our food the server did not come back to check in, we waited cause we wanted water refill and cutlery, eventually we just grabbed cuttlery from another table, then we waited around for the bill no one came, so i went to the bar and asked the server,If it was busy, i can understand but it was dead.Then our order was
