I have celiac disease so I called ahead to let them know that I would be coming in and made a reservation. *Side note I get a lot of anxiety at the table and it’s hard to me to advocate for myself. I explained my needs, they were confident they their with there ability to ensure that I didn’t get sick. They explained there procedures and policies it made me feel really good about going! “Friendly bartender Shannon made for an enjoyable visit to Old Abbey Ales. This was my second time here and I was impressed with the wide selection and variety of beers. Although many were not to my liking (beet beer, for example), Shannon provided me with samples to help me find the perfect flight! “The scenic route was gorgeous to take out here and to stumble upon a ghost pepper sour that was just divine. A friendly face was there to greet us and it was a pleasure to be here. The beer is good and it's fun to be in the same room as the brewery itself. They sell by the can to drink on site and to-go.Please, come support this wonderful little brewery out in the country, give them a reason to open a proper taproom and eatery.“

“A random brewery in a random plaza that tons of people drive by and would NEVER notice it if they were not looking for it.But finding it is like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow!This tiny place has huge taste. It is super busy and super loud in there, but completely worth it.We tried a couple of different burgers with waffles fries that came with a dip that makes your mouth go ?. There is a couple other items I would try in a future visit. I would recommend a reservation because it does not take long to reach capacity and you do not want to drive away disappointed you couldn't get in.“
